Do you want to know more about this house? It is located in the Residencial Gran Canet with more than 7,600 m2 of common areas and 800 m2 of swimming pools. It has garden areas, a large pool with beach access and a solarium area, a children's pool and a park for the little ones, a gym, a spa with a sauna, paddle tennis courts and sports areas.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In addition, it has a kitchen open to the living room and large windows, which give access to the terrace. The 23 mÂČ terrace is fully equipped with a beautiful decoration and is the perfect place to enjoy with family or friends.
