Great location (less than 5 min to Tufnell park station and bus stops) and very spacious! Some downsides are that the wifi is very spotty and kitchen is only minimally equipped. It’s not a luxury apartment but served our needs for the most part.

Comfortable 2 bedroom flat

Overall it was a nice place. Warm and cozy. The place was clean and accurately described. Only issue was the bathroom sink was partially clogged but the Owner did try to fix it. The owner was friendly and easy to get ahold of.

Horrible, no good, very bad stay

I had to message the host an hour before check in time to receive check in information. Beyond that communication was basically non existent. The listing stated that the there are two double beds and a sofa bed. There is no sofa bed. There is a two seater sofa. I made it very clear in my reservation that we are five adults travelling together. There was a small crib in the main bedroom. When I messaged the host about all this he stopped responding to my messages. The electric kettle looked like it had not been cleaned in years. There was mold on bathroom ceiling. The shower curtain was filthy and the bottom half (no exaggeration) was cut off and threadbare. The bedside lamp in one of the bedrooms did not work. The first mug we reached for was dirty. Good thing we have our own refillable water bottles. The drawer handles on one of the bedroom dressers were broken. The pathway from the sidewalk to the front door was overgrown. Unfortunately this flat is in a state of disrepair. It has potential with some tasteful decor choices and the location is fabulous.This host has totally dropped the ball. Some hosts consider the breakfast part of bnb to some degree. Small details like tea, coffee and milk are often provided. This host is radically irresponsible.

London stay

The flat was very nice and corresponded to the description. It is comfortable for 3 or 4 people. However, there is not enough cutlery and only 2 wine glasses. The saucepans/frying pans need replacing. It was extremely difficult to contact the manager who didn't reply to messages on the VRPO app or text messages. Queries about parking went unanswered and we only got instructions on how to access the flat because we ended up phoning him. This was a shame as it was a negative start to what was an enjoyable stay.

Gute Lage und günstig aber heruntergekommene Wohnung

Die Wohnung zwar wie beschrieben, aber nicht liebevoll eingerichtet und teils beschädigt. Es gab zwei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett (ca. 140 cm) und einen Wohn-Essbereich. Die Möbel waren teils sehr abgenutzt oder defekt, bspw. war eine Leiste vom Esstisch defekt und 2 Kissenbezüge zerrissen. Es wäre ein Leichtes dies zu reparieren. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war teils per WhatsApp sehr schnell und teils hat man einen Tag auf eine Antwort gewartet. Der Abfluss im Bad war am 2. Tag verstopft und wurde trotz mehrfacher Mitteilung an den Vermieter bis zu unserer Abreise nach 5 Tagen nicht repariert. Der Boiler schafft nicht zu jeder Tageszeit warmes Wasser für eine Dusche.Die Lage war super, im Norden Camdens. Man läuft 3 min bis zur Ubahn Staion Tuffnell Park. Alles in allem gute Lage und günstig für London, dafür aber kein Luxus. Ich würde es nicht erneut buchen.

Schöne, gute gelegene Unterkunft für 4 Personen

Lage und Ungebung war super, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut angebunden; Unerwartet große und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung; Ideal für 4 Personen, das Sofa im Wohnzimmer ist kein Schlafsofa (Wohnung ungeeignet für 5). Sonst alles da, was für Kurzaufenthalt erforderlich ist, Erreichbarkeit des Gastgebers am besten telefonisch, Wir kommen gern wieder
