This 769 sqft 1-bedroom apartment can accommodate 6 guests and is in a trendy atmosphere in Houston about 2 blocks to the NRG Stadium and just south of the Texas Medical Center, and just a couple blocks from many restaurants, shops, and happening bars. You’ll love staying at this property for the resort-style amenities such as the 24-hour gym, expansive pool area, business center that has extended hours, and the resident lounge area complete with a flat-screen TV and kitchen area. For traveler that doesn’t leave home without their furry companion, this property is pet-friendly and is located near the dog park.

This spacious apartment features:
- An ample living area of the open floor plan features a large sofa & coffee table plus a flatscreen wall-mounted TV, a perfect place to relax and pass quality time at home. This area has direct access to the balcony that overlooks the NRG stadium.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with top-quality appliances, granite countertops, and all the cookware you’d need to whip up a home-cooked meal. The kitchen has an island with 2 bar stools where you can enjoy a quick snack, a morning coffee, and any meal of the day. It also serves as an additional laptop-friendly workspace.
- A dining table that comfortably seats 4 and invites everyone to enjoy mealtime together at home.
- Built-in desks that serve as comfortable laptop-friendly workspaces if needed. One is located in the living space and another in the bedroom.
- 1 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom to accommodate 6 guests as such:
BEDROOM 1: 1 Queen bed
LIVING AREA: 1 Double sofa bed pullout and an air mattress
- A laundry room in the apartment with a washing machine and dryer, iron, and an ironing board for added convenience.
- There is an unassigned parking space in the garage free of charge. There is additional parking on the street if needed.

- A resort-style swimming pool with cabanas, a whirlpool, firepits, BBQ stations, poolside dining tables, lounge chairs, and sofa seating.
Guest access
You’ll have full, exclusive access to the apartment and access to all the amenities onsite.
Other things to note
Wi-Fi, bed linens, bath towels, and parking are provided free during your stay.

There is no daily housekeeping but if you’d like the place cleaned that can be arranged for an additional fee. Just let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you.

We provide some home/bath essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry detergent, bleach, and dishwashing liquid. Keep in mind these items are not replenished. If you need more you’ll need to purchase what you need.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 18 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the home. The use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply is a $300 penalty.
- No parties/events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or during the stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pet friendly, up to 2 pets, 50 lbs or less with a fee of $35 USD per pet.
