It features 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms to ensure a restful sleep: two rooms with comfortable double beds and one with two single beds, ideal for children or friends. Additionally, there are 2 full bathrooms, offering convenience and privacy for all guests.
The living room also includes 2 single sofa beds that can easily be converted into extra sleeping spaces, perfect for accommodating additional guests if needed.
The fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances and ample counter space, is the perfect place to prepare your favorite meals. Enjoy your culinary creations at the dining table, which provides seating for all guests.
The apartment is equipped with a security alarm for your peace of mind, although it does not have an elevator.

No Parties: Strictly no parties are allowed in this apartment as the apartment is located in a residential building. If you come to party, please book somewhere else.
No Noise at Night: Excessive noise is not allowed after 10PM/22hs as the apartment is located in a residential building until 8AM/8AM the next morning.
The apartment has a NoiseAlarm installed: This device only measures the noise volume level and sends an alert when the maximum set limit is exceeded. By measuring only sound pressure, NoiseAlarm does not record any audio, video or conversation, and offers 100% privacy to guests.
This system helps make tourism more sustainable. If you do not respect these rules, we reserve the right to ask you to leave immediately, as the relationship with our neighbours is of utmost importance to us.
Late check-ins: If you arrive outside of normal check-in hours, please note that a late check-in fee will be charged. If you arrive after 21/9pm the fee is âŹ20, and after 24/12am the fee is âŹ50.
If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, a charge of âŹ80 will apply.
Please note that if you book at the last minute (less than 24 hours before your arrival), the official check-in time will be subject to our availability and will be after 16:00.
Municipal Tax: We have to charge you the Barcelona Municipal Tax per guest over 17 years old per night, before your arrival at the apartment. Please note that this may vary depending on the current year.
