Loved this stay, the host responded within 5 min of my messages every time. The staff didn’t know where the parking was that I paid 35 a night for so I ended up using valet every time so I def overpaid on parking. Other that that, I would stay here again!

Thank you for staying with us. I’m glad our team was responsive, and I’m sorry about the confusion with the paid parking and having to use valet instead — that’s not the experience we want for our guests. We’ll review this with the property team and improve signage and guest instructions so it doesn’t happen again. We’d love to host you again.

Kind and responsive hosts during booking and stay. On entering the lobby it was nice to be personally greeted by a helpful person who was always available by text. Parking situation a big money saver over hotel valet. Only complaint is kitchen needs a bit of sprucing up like pans that work with that induction cooktop. We'd come back for a longer stay

Great location and awesome pool and gym

We loved the place , we pretty much walked everywhere . The only negative was you could hear loud cars driving late at night but a sound machine fixed that. Really enjoyed the pool, spa and gym as well.

Thank you for your positive feedback, Kim! We're happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found the location convenient. Since the location is pretty centric, it can get busy in regard to traffic, however, we're glad the sound machine helped you sleep better and that you made use of the wonderful amenities. We hope to welcome you back soon!

Great Stay

Miami is always a great time! Was a lot busier this week but that was definitely due to Art Basel. The ICON towers in Brickell were a perfect location. A lot around us that was easy to walk to. I would highly recommend people to stay in these buildings during their stay.
