If you are looking for a beach vacation or a place to work remotely by the sea, this accommodation may be the perfect solution.
This lovely penthouse is located on Elviria Beach (Marbella), within walking distance of all amenities.
The recently renovated property offers two bedrooms with double beds, a third bedroom with bunk beds and a desk. It also features two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
The apartment consists of a beautiful living/dining room with a fully equipped open kitchen. The first bedroom has a double bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom also has a double bed and shares the bathroom with the third bedroom. The latter is equipped with 2 bunk beds and a workspace. The living room and the two main bedrooms have access to a large terrace overlooking the pool, the beach and the sea.
The apartment is located in a completely gated complex with direct access to the beach. The residence has swimming pools and beautiful gardens.
You will find parking spaces within the complex, but there is no private parking spot. Free parking is also available on the street.
Also, you will find within walking distance a large selection of bars, restaurants and shops.
