Accommodation: A charming terraced house in a residential street between Kings Road Chelsea and Fulham Road. Perfect as a family vacation rental in London.
This home is a bright and sunny 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment on the upper ground floors of a converted house with a small patio and spacious roof terrace complete with beautiful outdoor furniture. Wi-fi is available. A strictly non-smoking property inside and outside. Sleep 6 guests.
Decoration: Traditional English with warm colors and some modern touches. Reception description: The cozy sitting room, lit by tall windows overlooking the gardens, has high ceilings and a fireplace with a working gas ‘log’ fire. Muted sofas and bright decorative touches make an inviting living space. There is also a writing bureau, TV, and DVD.
Kitchen: The light and welcoming kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, and washer/dryer built into a range of wood-paneled cupboards. There is a dining table to seat four and French doors onto the balcony, the perfect spot for an early coffee or evening drink.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The master bedroom has an en-suite with a Super king-size bed (180x200cm), pretty drapes, side tables, and a TV. The second bedroom overlooks the gardens and has twin beds (90x190cm) and an en-suite shower room. Recently added is the king bedroom and en-suite bathroom bath, the bed can be split into two beds. Bathroom description: The master bathroom has a tub, hand-held shower unit, wash basin, and loo. The second bathroom has a shower, wash hand basin, and loo. The recently added en suite bathroom, with bath is on the top floor.
This is a favored and quiet residential area yet it is only a few minutes walk from the trendy King's Road, with its wide choice of restaurants, cafés, pubs, antique dealers, and shops of all kinds. There are supermarkets, smaller shops, and cinemas nearby. The tube from Fulham Broadway takes you in no time to the West End, Covent Garden and Soho, and for football followers Chelsea's Stamford Bridge ground is 5 minutes away. Chelsea Harbour and the riverside offer a change of scene and some interesting walks.
Tube: The underground station at Fulham Broadway is just a few short blocks away - 4 minutes walking. There are also lots of great bus services from the high street to Piccadilly, Victoria, Westminster, and the West End.
