Recently renovated, this lovely 2 bed apartment with a large private roof terrace is close to all amenities in Competa. It’s open plan living is set across one floor, with a modern kitchen, dining table and chairs for 4 people.

In the lounge area, there is a three seater sofa with two chairs and air con. Both English and Spanish channels are available on the TV to view.

One double bedroom, one with twin beds and a modern bathroom. The apartment is accessed from the street by a set of stairs. You enter into an open plan kitchen and living area. There is a modern kitchen with oven/grill and fridge/freezer. There is a table and chair set for 4 people. Off the kitchen and lounge area are two doors with a Juliette balcony overlooking the square of Plaza Del Carmen.

The lounge area has air con, Wi-Fi and a smart TV with English and Spanish channels.

There are two bedrooms. The first has a double bed, storage and air con. The next bedroom has two full size single beds with storage and fan. Both bedrooms have external blackout blinds. There is a modern bathroom with plenty of storage and large shower. The electric boiler is located here and just simply plugs in.

Stairs then lead up to a large private roof terrace. From here there are 360degree views of the mountains and you can see the sea from here too. The roof terrace has sun all day. There are four sunbeds and a table and chairs with umbrella. A new outdoor cooking area with gas bbq, sink and fridge for you to enjoy alfresco cooking and dining. An outdoor sofa and chairs enhance the area to sit and watch the sunset. A washing machine is also located up here. A private hot tub to watch the sunset and cool off in the hot summer months.

Situated on Plaza del Carmen, you are a 5 minute walk from the main square but there are bars and restaurants all located within the area. Next door is Bar El Chico which sells authentic food and tapas. Restaurant David is one minute walk away which also sells delicious Spanish cuisine. The main square is a five minute walk whilst the nearest supermarket is located two minutes away. You are close to all mountain walks, shops and activities that Competa has to offer. An ideal location to enjoy the white-washed village of Competa.
