Detta Àr ett nyligen renoverat hem belÀget nÀra den vackra gamla staden Neapel och stranden. Hem ligger pÄ en lugn gata.

Hemmet har en stor bÄt brygga och ligger bara nÄgra minuter frÄn Mexikanska golfen. Inga broar. Kanalen vid lÄgvatten Àr fortfarande minst 4 ft djup, sÄ inga problem med att komma till hamnen och golfen med en hyra bÄt. Njut av sekretess och bekvÀmligheter pÄ bÄtens brygga och poolomrÄdet. Hemmet ligger pÄ en bred kanal med naturliga Florida landskapsutsikt pÄ andra sidan kanalen
Huset Àr södra exponering, sÄ du har full sol sommar och vintermÄnader!
GÀsterna Àr sÀker pÄ att njuta av en bra vistelse pÄ denna 3 sovrum, 2 badrumsfastighet. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size be och privat badrum, den 1: a gÀst sovrummet har en king size-sÀng, 2: a gÀst sovrummet har 2 enkelsÀngar. Det finns ocksÄ en bÀddsoffa i vardagsrummet.
Köket har full utrustning (diskmaskin, Gaggenau-ugn, induktionspanna, bosch hastighet ugn inklusive mikrovÄgsugn, uppvÀrmnings skiva, dryck kylskÄp, brödrost, separat ismaskin och ett normalt kylskÄp vi har en Keurig kaffebryggare, mixer och juicepress! Alla matlagningsmöjligheter finns, ett matbord med 6 stolar, en kökbar med 3 barstolar. Vardagsrummet har en 60 "TV, 2 soffor (3-sits och 2-sitsar), soffa och sidobord. 3-sitsen Àr en bÀddsoffa.

Vi ligger direkt pÄ vattnet med en bÄt brygga, pool och kanal nÀra bukten, inga grannar pÄ andra sidan kanalen! Njut av total integritet! NÀra 5th, ave (1 mil gÄngavstÄnd), nÀra till stranden!
Huset ligger i det omrÄde dÀr gratis Äkattraktioner med elbilar erbjuds gratis frÄn slidr och nickelturen för att komma till nÄgon plats i gamla naplar och stranden.
Poolen kan vÀrmas upp. Hemmet har tvÀttmaskin och torktumlare rum, gott om utrymme för dina resvÀskor ocksÄ.

Nice Getaway

Great location - rented bikes and were able to ride to beaches, restaurants, shopping. The house was clearly renovated but could use some attention to details such as molding and the outside of the house.The pool is definitely older. A lot of chlorine so kids chose to take a break from it after a few days.Rudy was amazing as a host - responded instantly to inquiries.

Wonderful home and location

You cannot beat the location of this beautiful home. We had great communication with the owner and would absolutely recommend renting as snowbirds or a larger family. Naples is just minutes away, but you also feel like you are talked away into a beautiful subdivision. Thank you for hosting our family.

House is dated and worn. Needs a facelift and replacement of many older furnishings.Needs a deep cleaning.Online photos showed a boat dock but did not show that the dock is unusable due to safety reasons. We were going to rent a boat, but could not. Owner was responsive and provided cleaning services immediately.

Lovely Stay

Our host was great to deal with. He gave us great recommendations about the area. We enjoyed the closeness to town and beaches. Lots of things for kids to do. We had arrived at 1:00 a.m. due to a long flight delay. We were very grateful to see coffee and creamer for the morning. grateful to see

Great stay

We had a wonderful time when we visited Naples from the UK. The house is in good order and in a really great location. Reudiger was very helpful and quick to reply to any questions I had. We would recommend staying here.

Perfect stay in Naples

This was a great property. We all enjoyed time in and pool and catching fish right off the dock. The beds were very comfortable and location was close to popular attractions in the area.

Nice property, great location. A few little kinks
internet would go out so the TV wouldn’t work, the outdoor grill ran out of propane while we were grilling, and the pool light wasn’t working. Nonetheless, spacious property great for families and boaters.

Our family of 4 enjoyed this home so much! Very clean, comfortable beds, exactly as pictured. We really liked the canal view and the location. Would absolutely recommend! Communication with owner was excellent.

Perfect house and location

Our family including pet enjoyed the house to the fullest. The dock requires experienced person for docking boat, especially on low tide days but location, either in water or land was perfect. House is very close to Old Naples. The cleanest house I've rented through VRBO.

Responsive manager but the property needs some attention.

We had a few issues during our stay, but we had none with the manager, Ruediger. He was VERY responsive and very fair in our dealings with him. Mechanical issues with the pool pump, pool heater and the home A/C were frustrating but were handled promptly and professionally by Rudy. He did everything he could to take care of the issues in a prompt & professional manner. The house would be a first-rate property had it not been for many small issues maintenance type issues. These include messy gardens, a dirty comforter (main bedroom), dirty pool (due to pump issues?), mold in the wine cooler and food left in the freezer as examples. There were limited “starter” amenities such as toiletries in the bathrooms or trash bags in the kitchen - so bring your own! A bigger issue was NO hot water in the kitchen sink (yes, we let run for 10 minutes and had to resort to boiling water to wash dishes). There have been repairs made to the house, but they were not necessarily done well. Bottom line, this property is okay, but it has potential to be a very nice rental with some TLC.
