Great for Family Vacation

We had 8 adults and 8 kids stay at this house with plenty of room. The outside set up was a great additional space to have when not at the beach. The kids loved the pool! The location to the beach and other local spots was close and convenient. Our family had such a great time!

Fun time

We take a family vacation to the beach once a year. This property was probably the one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. The outdoor patio area and pool were wonderful for setting and visiting. The house had everything we needed and more. The owner was wonderful to work with. Thank you for letting us enjoy your beautiful property.

Luxury beach home

Great Getaway!

We had a party of 10 and had lots of room for everyone! This traditional Florida house was very clean with an up to date kitchen and baths. The back patio and pool were enjoyed by all with lots of room and privacy. Even though the neighborhood was quiet, the house is convenient to several good restaurants and a seafood market in walking distance from it. Also, just a short walk to the beach where the guys went fishing most days. It’s a hidden jewel!

Room to play and have alone time

House was ready for our week of fun upon arrival. We loved the proximity to the ocean and then coming back to our own private pool and grilling out. The kitchen really had everything we needed for every meal even nice Teflon pans (rare in most places we’ve stayed before). This rental will stay on our list to stay at again!

Excellent and Family Friendly!!

The location was superb and the amenities fit our group perfectly. The pool was loved by the younger kids and the older kids enjoyed the basketball court and game room. Distance from the beach was excellent. The kitchen served us well with top of the line appliances. The bedrooms were perfect for our 5 family (12 adult/7 kid) group. The house was clean and well stocked for linens, beach chairs, bicycles, etc. Highly recommend.

Family Fall Break Fun !

Our family enJOYed our stay ! The location was in walking distance to restaurants, entertainment, shopping etc. We had everything we needed and more. The accomodations were very nice and we loved the pool and outdoor space . It did not disappoint !! Re: The game room ...We were disappointed that the air hockey and one of the game machines had to have quarters to play. An Awesome property and our family will definitely want to vacation here again ! Thank you !

We loved every minute of our stay and highly recommend it to other, however, I would suggest that a description of who can use the bunk beds be included in the original description. The bunk beds are for 100 lbs or less and that should be clearly printed in the VRBO listing for this unit.

This place is perfect for all occasions!

This house is huge! Three kings, one queen, and four twins is plenty for a large group or family getaway. The beach was about an 8 min walk or you could drive in less than 2 min. After a long day on the beach you can come back to the house and enjoy a few more hours in the pool while others get ready for dinner or just want to get out of the sun. We will definitely rebook this property for future vacations! Lastly, the owners were always one call away for needs or questions. Wish they had 10 star option, lol.

Amazing Beach Experience

We rented this home for our very large family. We were taking several children to the beach for the first time. The pictures drew us in. Let me say, the house is larger than you expect. It is beyond fully stocked with supplies, making it easier for those traveling from outside the local area. Beautifully decorated, and situated so close to the beach. Our first day, we drove to a restaurant but by the time we parked, we realized we could have walked in 5 minutes! They amount of effort of the owners in making sure your stay is comfortable just raises your spirit. Landscaping is beautiful, and the layout is perfect for any size family. We look forward to coming back for sure! Thanks so much for a great experience, it made the kids first beach visit that much more special.

Nice House Near the Beach

Spent the week w my family at this house. We enjoyed every minute of it. Everything was great. The pool was definitely a perk as it was a scorching hot week. The owners (Misty and Mike) are very friendly and were very responsive throughout our stay there. Highly impressed by a fully equipped kitchen and game room. I believe the house could be a little bit cleaner as our family believes in a shoeless household. Black feet yuck. Owners should replace some of the umbrellas and chairs. Pretty rusted out or are just simply broken. I just recommend to bring your own beach toys. Other than that, pretty great stay! Our family recommends to your family!

Easy Walk to the Beach, Great for Groups!

We had a wonderful time at this house! It fit our group comfortably. The game room is great for kids. Easy 5 minute walk to the beach. It was great to have a private pool. Our favorite restaurant from the trip was Runaway Island (amazing tacos!) which is also walking distance from the house. The neighborhood didn’t feel quite as nice as some other areas we have stayed, but it still felt safe! The house was missing a few items and a few things were broken but I think that’s because we stayed towards the end of busy season (no pizza cutter, no wine glasses, no lighter for citronella candle outside, both beach wagons were broken, only 2 lay out chairs around the pool). The house does not provide beach or pool towels so remember to bring some! All the beds were comfortable except one (queen bed upstairs sank in the middle). Check in and check out was easy. Owners were responsive and very friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful Place to Stay

I cannot say enough fantastic things about this home. We were a family/friends group of 13. We all had our own bedrooms and baths. The whole house was stocked with everything we could have ever needed. The kitchen had every cooking pan of high quality you could imagine including muffin pans, nothing cheap! We had a 1 year old with us and we drove down. This house has a pack n play and a high chair, so we didn’t have to drag that stuff with us. We were provided with shampoo and body wash that smelled wonderful. The bedding was soft and clean. Every inch of the house was spotless. The game room was a plus for the twin 5 year olds and the teens. We were even provided with quarters to keep the games going. The best part was the outside space. With double red flags all week plus the rain, we wore this space out. The kids loved being able to play ball, littles had balls to play with and of course the pool area. The wind was so rough that we didn’t even try to take our family pictures at the beach. We took them in the back yard around the pool and they look like we are on a tropical island. It’s truly an oasis the minute you step out the door. I had a few questions that the owners responded to immediately. You couldn’t ask for better communication. This home is within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, the beach, putt putt, and a homemade ice cream shop! We seriously couldn’t have found a better place to spend the week. I would give it 6 stars if I could.

House was perfect for our party of 12! Pool and outdoor area were a hit for everyone. Short walk to shops and beach, we had a 5&6 year old and they didn’t mind the walk at all. House was pretty much stocked for beach. Hosts were very quick to respond to us. Highly recommend this property!!

I love that this home is set just off of the strip so you don't have all of the noise, yet still only 1,200 feet to the beach. Pier Park is only a couple minutes away with a ton of shopping and excellent restaurants. The heated pool for the winter in this home really sets it apart from the rest. Why cram in a hotel and share a pool with every other guest, when you can enjoy your own private pool!
