You couldn't ask for a better location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house isn't brand new, but there are lots of comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. The pull out couches could use some repairs. The washer and dryer are large capacity. The beach is beautiful and not at all crowded. The pool and hot tub are a convenient addition. There is a dog walking area just across the street and to the left of the row houses. You can park the car when you arrive and not have to drive again until you leave. walk to the pier for fishing or the Pier Park for entertainment. The maintenance company was very responsive to our requests and quickly delivered on everything. The four stars are due to the aging property but I'd stay there again.

After Christmas Vacation

Perfect location for those who wanted activities and night life as well as those who wanted slower down time. We were on the beach daily as well as the shopping area close by. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful trip

This is an older home but it has a lot of character. The location of this property is excellent and within walking distance to Pier Park. We loved the openness of this home. Very spacious and the views from the livingroom are spectacular. A great time was had by all.

Spring Break

We had a great time at this place. The house was a little run down and needed some TLC but that didn’t stop us from having fun. It’s in a great location close to everything too. The beach was great and not packed at all. If you’re looking for good college spring break this is the place you want to have !

Within walking distance to anything you would need yet this area of the beach was not crowded and it was fun to watch the dogs play in the ocean.

Family trip

The location of the place was perfect. Walkable to many amenities including Pier Park. The view can’t be beat! The place was also very spacious and we had plenty of room for our family of 10. The only reason I took one star of this the place really could use some maintenance but that did not hinder our stay at all. I just agree with some of the other reviews that state if you are looking for a 5 star resort you will be disappointed. But if you are looking for a perfect location to walk every where with great views and have a large group this is it!

Excellent location, walk almost everywhere

Check in was very easy, is a older home but has had updates, and painted, was clean and fully stocked with towels, linens,xtra pillows, and kitchen utensils, couple windows leaked during hard storm, soaked up with towels, and hot tub seem be out of order with no power to it, but it was in 90s so a hot tub if used would been at night anyways, location excellent, walk everywhere, the marine life was awesome, seen dolphins, sea turtles, crab, jellyfish, being right on beach was outstanding, overall my group said they stay again, and enjoyed the stay, communication of leaks and hot tub to manager was easy, a maintenance order was issued but never came, which no big deal, we didnt want be tied down staying at home while waiting on them, I gave 4-5 stars mainly because hot tub issues I feel being advertised it should been working, would stay again.

Perfect Spring Break House for Large Groups

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Sea Ease Beach House was the perfect house for our group of 14. All 14 of us fit comfortably in the house and enjoyed all the amenities the home offered. The house was very clean when we arrived and there were plenty of bath towels and plates to accommodate all of us. Having our own beach access was amazing and the group enjoyed watching sunsets from the hot tub on the back deck. The driveway had plenty of space to park our cars and pier park was <5 minute walk away. We also enjoyed taking lunch breaks from the beach to grill burgers and hot dogs on the grill in the front of the house. Overall, I would recommend this property to any large group that is looking to be right on the beach!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The view and beach were awesome. The house was big for when company came. The BBQ grill had no bottom, the vacuum cleaner was plugged solid (unable to use) the coffee maker had mold in it. We did contact the property manager immediately with these concerns and were there for 2 months and nothing replaced or fixed.

Friends vacation

The house is a 10 for location. The house needs a lot of TLC. The sky light above the stairs leaks when it rains. The window in the kitchen leaks even worse when it rains. The master bath has a hole in the side of the tub. The pool cover needs replaced the corner of the deck near the jacuzzi is broken. The house was very nicely decorated and was clean except for the floors. Sticky ad lots of sand on the floor. Location is a 10. Shopping beach and restaurants all a short walk. Give this house the TLC it deserves and I would fate it a 10. As it sits in its current state a 7.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great stay! There were 5 families of 4 and we had plenty of room. Right on the beach which was exactly what we wanted. 5 sleeper sofas were all broken, but they provided us with blow up mattresses, which was a little inconvenient, but it worked! Bob was readily available and easy to work with. Loved having a pool! Wish property was a little better maintained, such as weeds pulled and trash picked up, and some minor cosmetic issues inside, but all in all a good stay! House was cleaner when we left then when we got there, but I would have cleaned first myself even if it was spotless!!! In conclusion, the location alone is worth the money!!!

Don’t waste your money!

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place is horrible! The only nice thing I can say is it’s ocean front. The place was filthy. Definitely not as advertised. It definitely doesn’t sleep 26 people as advertised. The bathrooms were terrible. The master bathroom had a shower that was tiny. The tub had a crack in it. The bunk room is a closet with 2 bunk beds in it. The rental company was very rude. Mold in the bedroom walls. Hot tub was unusable.

Harassment!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we checked in, we noticed that the hottub was discolored but thought it was probably ok. There was also several things around the property that were broken. On Monday, a maintenance person came by and was harassing the kids that were there. He said he was supposed to do a walk through of the property to be sure they had not damaged anything. We had just checked in Saturday afternoon!!! I have NEVER rented a property where we were made to feel like terrible tenants as we were here. When I called the office, they kept saying that this was normal and that the maintenance kid was just doing his job. They also said that we must have contaminated the hot tub by going from the ocean to the hot tub without rinsing off. We could not even get in the water until Wednesday of that week because of rip tide advisories. Felt like we were treated like some sort of criminal when there were no complaints or damages!!!

Location is Awesome!!!!!!

Thank you , so much!!! We had a blast! The location and the ability to hold a lot of guests was definitely a plus! We seen that the rental is unavailable.from the beginning of May until August. We were all hoping that a few updates are being done. The ⛱ beach house is Awesome, but could use many updates that are very inexpensive....most people renting this place wouldn't mind paying a little more.....with making some updates. The place is big and spacious with best location!. All of the outlets..plug-ins needs replacing...they were all loose. The girls who had master bath had one outlet and it didn't work at all....no GFI either??? Simply caulking especially around kitchen sink. Shower rods and inside liners needs replacing often. The maids didn't bother to fix upstairs blinds...looked like a cat had gotten into them...we were able to take about 15 min. To untangle and fix them. A small two toaster slice that was on its last leg. The upstairs threshold going out to balcony....was rotten unneath...when we stepped on it ...it flipped up....but we didn't hang out on balcony....just opened door to enjoy the beautiful view. Balcony??? Didn't know how safe it was. Gutter piece in front was only propped up and kept falling down. All screens on house was torn.....look like they all needed replaced. All in all just some updating...I'm sure with all the rentals that some people rag these places out. I know one thing ...the Air conditioner worked great!!! Two refrigerators....A nice blender and a spacious house. The pool and hot tub was wonderful...with no problems. Some of the girls enjoyed the front. All in all ....we are hoping to rent this place again! We had a Awesome week there....had no problems where we had to call maintenance. Lovely house....just needs minor updating....Awesome location!! You can walk everywhere!!! Pier park...just across the street.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great overall experience. The unit is definitely in need of some repairs. We had a few maintenance issues, they arrived very quickly. During our stay there were two leaking windows, and a leaking sink upstairs with mold or mildew growing in the cabinet. I would think housekeeping should be checking cabinets during their cleaning, but maybe I'm wrong. The bunk room stays VERY warm, we had to buy an extra fan to keep the air flowing. Also, there was an ant problem in this room. We found some ant bait halfway through our stay and set that up. It seemed to help. We also called housekeeping for pillow cases, as they left none behind like they said they did, they never showed up. Maintenance was great at responding, housekeeping could improve a great deal. The view is amazing, the walk to the beach is not far at all. My grandma has to have accommodations due to a recent stroke, she was able to walk to the beach easily. The only thing she needed that we had to go buy is a raised toilet seat, I would say that would be a nice add in to one of the downstairs bathrooms, a higher toilet. Parking was great, access to pier park and the pier was great. Again, overall a great experience, for the amount of space we had for all the people we took we couldn't have asked for a better house.

Just location

Property needs a lot of work. Fans and TVs didn’t quite work, rusted furniture outside, broken chairs and blinds inside. Ants everywhere. Half of the toaster works. The coffee maker overflows. And during the storms we had water dripping through the kitchen and main living room windows. Broken tiles everywhere and the ac vents drip water. The positive side of the property is the space and location. Unfortunately will not rent this one again.

The house needs some major repairs made. Outside furniture rusted and wore out and break easily. Ceiling fans duct taped on and don’t work. Overall the house is very run down. The pool spa was drained during our stay. Location was great.

Family Vacation 2025

Staying at this property was absolutely amazing! There’s plenty of room for the whole family. Very spacious and clean. The communication with the owner was very easy and pleasant. Very nice guy! My family and I will definitely stay again next year!

Old but convenient location

The place is extremely outdated and there were lots of furniture pieces that were broken when we got there and it was fixed with nails and screws some of which was head level with the toddlers we had. When it rained water came dripping through the kitchen windows and some of the vents which was also a big safety hazard because of the children we had. There’s tiles that are cracked throughout the house and on the stair case. Lacking kitchen items and pillow case covers. The view out back is absolutely beautiful though. If you need a place to stay right on the beach and by pier park it’s a good location, if you’re trying to stay in a relaxing, clean beach house I would look otherwise.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came to PCB for our spring break vacation and had a great stay at this house. Locations was perfect. Just a couple of minutes walk to the pier with all the restaurants and bars. The hot tub was great! We were able to take our dog which was a huge plus.
