It has 3 comfortable bedrooms, two of them with queen size beds and the third one with a single bed. It has a bathroom with shower and a toilet, as well as a large and functional independent kitchen equipped with all appliances. It has a fantastic living room, designed for relaxation, with a 55" Smart TV, sofa, dining area and access to the cosy terrace of the flat, where you can have breakfast while enjoying the atmosphere of the place. In addition, the building in which it is located has a lift for greater comfort.
Located in an exceptional commercial area and very central, with restaurants and services around, just a few steps from the main points of interest of the capital and with a magnificent connection with buses and tram to be able to move around without using the car.
