This lovely holiday home lets you enjoy a spectacular and unbeatable vista of the Mediterranean Sea and the town of Nerja, surrounded by cultivated fields that provide a unique and warm microclimate. Besides, thanks to its location between Nerja and Frigiliana, in the foothills of splendid Sierra Almijara, which can be spotted from the house, you will have all the services at hand.

This exclusive property offers a high degree of privacy to the guests, who will also be able to park up to five cars inside the plot, in the private parking lot. You will find all the necessary equipment in the house. The dining-living room is spacious enough for six people to gather and spend some time chatting and relaxing. Besides, the living room is provided with a large glazed fireplace and satellite TV, as well as a dining table. The open kitchen is fully equipped with the appliances and kitchenware needed to prepare delicious specialities.

The house is also provided with two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, and three bedrooms (one with a double bed and two with two twin beds each). Therefore, up to six people can spend their well-deserved holidays here.

The outdoor space offers the possibility of enjoying dream views and fall in love with the setting while having your meals "al fresco". There is a covered BBQ area and a fabulous private pool for refreshing whenever you feel like.

The access to the house is possible via a 1-km paved lane, which is characterised by curves and slopes, being a mountainous track.
