Oceanfront lägenhet med fantastisk utsikt och stor balkong

Vacker lägenhet vid havet på Hutchinson Island i Stuart Florida, renoverat 2017 och tillgänglig under veckan, månaden eller säsongen. Titta på havet från hela öppet vardagsrum / kök samt sovrummet. Den djupa överdimensionerade balkongen ger en bekväm miljö för utomhusliv. Den stora lädersektionssoffan har elstolar i varje ände och bredvid en fin stol. Granit bänkskivor och nya apparater i köket. Vardagsrums-TV har en 65 "Samsung 4K Smart TV, med Xfinity-kabelprogrammering med 140 kanaler. 40" HDTV i varje sovrum också. Trådlöst internet med hög hastighet (75 + Mb). Helt nya minne skum madrasser på alla sängar från juni 2019.

Pelican Building ligger i den vackra anläggningen Indian River Plantation och ligger nära Downtown Stuart och Jensen Beach. På grund av byggnadshöjdbegränsningar är stränderna mindre trångt än de omgivande områdena. Marriott Sandpiper Tiki Bar ligger inom en enkel promenad för en cocktail eller lunch, men tillräckligt långt borta för att vara diskret. Vår pool ligger på norrsidan av byggnaden (nära men utom synhåll och hörsel!) med gott om solstolar, bord, grillplatser och en toalett; det är sällan upptaget. Publix ligger mindre än en mil bort så det finns inget behov att gå tillbaka över bron för att handla matvaror. Vår lägenhet är väl utrustad med alla nödvändiga köksredskap och många kryddor tillhandahålls.

Great family Vacation

It was our Granddaughter's Birthday surprise she was so happy to see the property. She swam in the ocean and pool every day. As a family with our daughter and son-in law it was a great experience. We enjoyed our staying in this property and will be back.

Wonderful oceanfront property!

We loved our week at this condo! Everything we could possibly need was there, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We enjoyed mornings on the deck, with beautiful views of the ocean. Afternoons were spent on the beach, which was literally steps from the condo. Our only complaint is that we only booked a week! Definitely wanted to stay longer!

The condo was very clean and very nicely furnished. Great location and quite location just what we love. The owner Charles was very helpful and offered suggestions for things to do on the 4th. Would definitely stay again.

Great Spot

Great spot and unit. We had family stay in other units in the building and this one was easily the best. The furniture, beds, TV, and patio are all great. Charles is a great host and was impressively responsive. We would definitely stay again.

Great getaway

This is a wonderful condo in a great location. Our family enjoyed the large balcony with comfortable furniture. It was so nice to sit and relax while watching the ocean. The interior was lovely. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would choose this condo again and again.

Except for condo not cleaned upon arrival the owner was quick to respond and took care of basic cleaning themselves. Has to wait to check in. Other than that our stay was enjoyable

Lovely, Well-Equipped Condo

This is an ideal location on Hutchinson Island. First of all, it is right on an uncrowded beach, and the sunsets are breathtaking. Several restaurants and the grocery store are within walking distance. The owner was exceptionally responsive to our needs. After being rented so frequently, some updates to the property would be desirable.

Great Birthday Celebration at the beach

We had a wonderful time celebrating my husband’s birthday. The owner was extremely helpful with our reservation. The location is excellent, facing the ocean. We watched the sunrise every morning, just beautiful! The condo was well equipped and comfortable. A great place for a great vacation.!

Fabulous third floor property facing the ocean, located on the side away from the pool (much quieter). Owner is great, good communicator and easy to deal with. Highly recommended!

2022 Vacation

The view was spectacular as always, love our daily sunrise, the condo was neat and clean , loved the couch very comfortable and more than enough seating. My daughter loved your curtains wondering where you got them. Had an issue with the livingroom TV not working the whole week, the owners tried their best to fix but no success and the hairdryer in the guest bathroom does not work and providing correct pool access codes was frustrating but the owners were very accessible for help.

Excellent condo. Well maintained, easy communication with owner. We would rent again in a second. Has everything you need for a week at the beach. Very comfortable for our family of 4. Great view of the water from the windows and large balcony.

Great Property

The place was beautiful and had everything you would need. It was like a home away from home. The beaches were beautiful with tons of shells. It was also not a heavily populated area with very few people on the beach. A great place to just get away from everything and unwind.

wonderful location and comfortable condo unit with great views

we really enjoyed our stay-we love Stuart and esp Hutchinson Island and always stay in Pelican at the Indian River Plantation. The condo is a great location and view and close to beach. It was nicely furnished and decorated. We hope to come and stay again.

Our family is from Central Florida and we purchased this condo mainly for our own use, but also to offer to guests as a vacation rental when we cannot use it ourselves. We renovated and furnished it to a higher level than most units to ensure that there is ample seating, convenient TV viewing, a fully functional kitchen, and a reading chair in each room.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We've rented in the area for several years and we quickly realized that we wanted a place on South Hutchinson Island convenient to Downtown Stuart, which is our favorite small city in Florida-- not too crowded but large enough to offer amenities like many good restaurants and shopping. We focused on the Indian River Plantation because it is a resort community large enough to create a buffer between State Road A1A and the ocean, so there is no busy street directly behind us like most of the condos up and down the coast. Instead there is a golf course and lots of green space and walking paths. We chose the Southeast side of the Pelican Building in particular because of its direct oceanfront location and its separation from other buildings. This makes for better views and more peace and quiet; there is a nice heated pool on the north side of the building, but we are shielded from any noise. Being on the Southeast side also means we enjoy the prevailing southern breeze during the hotter months of the year while being protected from colder winds in the winter. One of the reasons the beach is uncrowded is that Martin County restricts the height of all buildings to four stories and smaller buildings equals fewer people on the beach.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Our condo is on the third floor of the four-story Pelican building and it affords great views of the ocean that aren't possible on lower floors. There are two types of two-bedroom units in our building and we have stayed in both. The end units are nice but they lack the deep balconies and oceanfront master bedroom that our condo has. There is nothing like waking up in the morning to the sight and sound of the sea, and the deep balcony allows lots of room for outdoor living and dining.
