Perfect location for wedding in Stuart.

We stayed at this great condo for a wedding / reception at Sailfish Pointe resort. It had a bin of beach chairs, umbrella, etc. which was nice. The pool was close and well maintained. The beach was just a walk down through the pool area and down the walkway. Very nice beach. Easy to get around to restaurants and venues for our four day stay. Would stay here again.

Excellent condo, location and communication!

Great condo and location! Definitely get the 150 family membership option to the ocean club, as that gets you access to Marriott pool/tiki bar/hot tub which is literally right under the condo balcony itself.The golf there is excellent. With the membership, the golf rates were only 39 for 18 holes and the course was fast paced when I played on a Sunday am. The course is in pristine conditions.We had one small issue at the unit that the owner was able to resolve immediately and was very responsive. I would recommend this place to anyone or any family that wants a beach get away for a weekend or even a week!

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time the condo is very well equipped and the corner unit overlooks the pool and and the ocean. Everything was very convenient and the weather was perfect---we hope to get back!

Great location, dog friendly!

This was a great location with great views. If you are looking for a place to bring your dog to enjoy the beach this location is the BEST! The condo had all the things you would need including beach chairs, sand and ocean toys and the kitchen was well stocked.

Family Vacation

This was our first time staying at Hutchinson Island. The condo was wonderful and the owners were very easy to work with. It was in the perfect spot for morning jogs and very close to restaurants. We will be staying again soon.

Great Beach/Stuart location

We traveled from Tucson Arizona to visit family and get to the beach. What an awesome location right on beach with incredible view and deck to sit out and watch the waves!! We definitely recommend this lovely, well equipped 2 bedroom condo!

This is a great condo, that was exactly as described, worked perfect for 4 adults and a child. The building has its own pool and it is located on a nice section of beach. I would stay her again.

Beach Time

Nice roomy unit on 3rd floor with balcony overlooking the ocean. Beach access, good-sized pool. Lots of room to spread out for some good card games and quiet time. We initially had a sisters trip on the Florida west coast, but had to pivot due to Hurricane Helene. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond to issues. Great area with some wonderful restaurants!accomidating

Went to celebrate my MiL's 80th birthday and was very pleasantly surprised. The location and set up of the condo was perfect and the hosts had everything that we could possibly need. Clean and open space with a great view!!

Great unit in an ideal location.

We had a fantastic time staying here. It's situated perfectly, just steps to the beach. Great amenities, comfortable condo. Cindy went above and beyond in helping us with a minor issue, which was completely of our own making. Highly recommend staying here and we'll be back for sure.

My husband and I with daughter and son-in-law, their 3 yr old,1 month old baby, and our Labradoodle just returned home after five nights. Can't say enough about cleanliness, location, very well stocked and a superb host. There are absolutely no complaints-highly recommend.

Family Getaway

We stayed at the property for eight days. My sisters, brother and I brought my 86 year old mother on a trip just for her. We loved the condo and the fantastic views. Loved the access to the ocean and pool. We found out that Stuart Beach had beach wheel chairs so we were able to get mom down to the beach. A plus was the beach was only 1 1/2 miles away!

What a great location with a beautiful view. If you go to the golf pro shop and spend the $150 per stay you can use the Marriott facilities next door. My wife and i feel we got our monies worth but its not necessarily to enjoy the condo beach and pool.

Always so fun

This is our 3rd stay at the property and we love the view and the condo as well as the friendly and prompt communication with the host! I encourage visitors to drive to the Marriott golf shop down the street and sign up for a guest membership as the resort is literally all around you. That way you can enjoy the hot tub, gyms, 2 additional pools and access to tennis and golf (even lessons with a pro for extra fee). I find the $150 for this very much worth it.

Love the Spoonbill and Pelican generally. Thanks so much for maintaining the ocean club membership option to be able to use the hot tub, gym and tiki bar at the resort as guest renters. We really liked how everything in this unit was so organized and labeled!

Nice view, great beach

Condo was nice but needs some upgrades, the linens and towels were old and natty, the sleeping pillows flat and old. The ice maker and hot water were abundant. Chairs on lanai need to be replaced one is broken.
