Byggt 2002, har detta två våningar hem en mysig loft med utsikt över det stora rummet, lövträ och golv, en promenad ut källaren, däck och uteplats sjön och en rymlig tillbaka veranda. En bakgård ger en rymlig lekplats.
Beläget på en lugn strand väg i hjärtat av Finger Lakes, är denna sjö främre hem inom bekvämt köravstånd från shopping, nöjen, statliga parker, vingårdar, bryggerier och historiska platser. Populära vin och båtturer finns i området.
Stranden, med en docka, däck och elektriska båt hissa (£ 4.000 gräns) är ett bra ställe för bad, båtliv, fiske och avkopplande.

Friends at the Finger Lakes

I was not disappointed as this property served our needs to the max. The hosts are lovely and so kind. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy the Finger Lakes!

End of summer getaway

Our group had a wonderful “End of Summer” stay on Seneca Lake. The weather was perfect and our accommodations were just what we needed! My only complaint…….the time was too short! Thank you, Jerry and Penny!

Incredible House on Seneca Lake!

Excellent stay and incredibly clean and modern home on Seneca Lake! Very large for a 3-bedroom in perfect condition! Would 100% recommend! The hosts are extremely helpful and friendly!

Girls’ Weekend

Our cozy cottage was perfect for our girls get away. We were able to go on side adventures within the Finger Lakes area and loved coming back to a quiet and peaceful place. Would definitely come back.

Great lake house

Lovely home and very close to wineries and breweries. Great lake views. Geneva is only 15 minutes away. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful but not much to do locally

Property was immaculate, which I truly appreciate, however not much to do there. After a 5 hour drive to get there we had to drive much more to enjoy the Finger Lakes. Most eateries are closed Sunday and Monday and there aren’t many to begin with. If I go again, I will definitely look into more to do. However, beautiful

Perfect Place for a Quiet Getaway

The house was clean and provided everything we needed for our four night stay. The owner actually stopped by to welcome us shortly after we arrived. Located close to vineyards, breweries and the town of Geneva, however it is located off the main road so it is quiet, peaceful, and has a nice view of the lake from the deck.

Quiet and comfortable

This property is roomy, quiet and comfortable, and is just as it is presented on the website. It is very well equipped. The owners live nearby and were quick to respond to our questions. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area.

Comfy and clean

Our family of 5adults stayed for a week. The owner live 2nd house down and met us on arrival. House was just what we were looking and accommodated us very well. It is located in a quiet out of the way location, but is close enough to the attractions in the area.

Lovely home on Seneca Lake

We loved our stay at this lovely little home, located in Geneva, NY, on the shores of Seneca Lake. The location was very convenient to restaurants, wineries and breweries in the area. The home had most everything we needed for our four night stay. It was clean and comfortable. The owners greeted us upon arrival, and were very helpful and so friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely views of Lake Seneca

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The house is in a great location on the lake with beautiful views. We used the charcoal Weber grill several nights to cook dinner and enjoyed hanging out on the back deck and down by the water. We had everything we needed. It is also a convenient location - not far from Geneva and several wineries.

Seneca Stay

We came up yo this this property with a group of friends for a quick get away and the property is amazing, the views are fabulous, the lake water was super clear, and the sunsets were incredible. Penelope and Jerry were more then accommodating, we hope to stay here again!

Relaxing Lake House but limited WiFi

It was a great house on the lake - very lovely and relaxing. The one downside was the WiFi - we were both using the space for video calls and the WiFi wasn’t strong enough. It was a shame especially since we had asked the hosts about their internet speed prior to booking.

Great stay!

Great stay! The beach area is very small and no where to sit comfortably around the fire pit so we didn’t get to have a fire. Jerry and Penny are wonderful hosts and quickly assisted us through a few quirks. It was great having the boat lift as the waves can get rough. Very nice house! We’ll equipped. Jen

Clean and well kept property

Penny and Jerry are very nice and made us feel welcome. The house is very clean and well equipped. The bedding, however, is in dire need of replacement.

The property is fairly large with plenty of room for outdoor activities. The house was built in 2002 and has all the features needed for a year-round house.
