Propety är ett fyra våningar radhus på en lugn gata. Den första våningen är ett stort vardagsrum, matsal med plats för 16, en halv bad och stort fullt utrustat kök. På andra våningen finns ett stort sovrum med provat bad, ytterligare två sovrum och ett "jack och jil: l bad. Great Memory Making Moments

Such a Gem

We LOVED staying here. It's a beautiful home, in a perfect location, very cozy, and filled with incredible artwork. It was just a warm and wonderful home. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Owners were easy to communicate with and very responseive!

You can’t go wrong!

Ten of us stayed in this lovely property for 4 nights. It is exactly as pictured. There was plenty of space for each of us to have our “own space”. We lacked for nothing and appreciated the owners welcoming, trusting approach! Book this property. You won’t be disappointed.

Terrific place, plenty of room for 8 adult family members. Convenient to restaurants on 14th, and quick trip to the national mall and Capitol Hill. Highly recommend!

Love it when a house exceeds all your expectations and adds to the trip experience. This house did all that! Perfect Historic Property

This historic gem was perfect for my friends and I while in town for our 20 year college homecoming. The rooms were large, bathrooms were clean, and the kitchen had everything that you needed for meals together. Lots of furniture for dining together, relaxing, and catching up. Highly recommend.

We were there for GWU commencement and had a good sized group. Convenient to Metro and had a designated parking place. Worked well for us.

DC Adventure

Property was spacious. Very clean. We parked our car and used public transportation to get to the different attractions. Homeowners were very attentive and easy to contact. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone that wants to stay with family and friends. Lots of space for everyone to spread out.

Excellent stay for a famiky

We had five people for a wedding. The house was comfortable and we felt quite at home. The owners communicated clearly. It was great to be able to cook and if needed, use some vinegar and oil without buying all of that for a short stay. Highly recommend and if we need a large place in DC would certainly stay here again.

Great Space

Space was great, but we didn't know until after booking that law students lived in the Basement apartment and with 3 small boys and one infant, it was hard to keep them still and quiet given the old creaky floors. We would have chosen something where they could play and walk around freely.

Trip to Arlington National Cemetery

The place perfect for our family to relax and enjoy DC and Arlington National Cemetery. We went for a funeral service at ANC and wanted a place for 10 of us to hang out together rather than be in separate hotel rooms and it fit the bill. Everything was as listed and the accommodations were fine.

Great location Great hosts

We needed a place to stay in DC near the Convention Center. We were en route to NJ from OBX NC following a family vacation with grandkids and dogs. This house was perfect. Plenty of room for all , beautifully updated and maintained. Parking in back which fit our Chevy Suburban. If you need an extra parking space, the neighbor up the alley rents on on Spot Hero. Great hosts - highly recommend

Beautiful and clean home!

We came to stay the weekend at this beautiful home! Very nice and quiet neighborhood. It was close to a lot of restaurant and bars and surrounding areas were a quick uber ride away. All bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and just like the pictures. The host was responsive and very accommodating! Overall no complaints and had a great stay!

We held this house as an investment for 11 years and moved in ourselves four years ago. Paul is in the home renovation business and Kathleen is a lawyer. This is our private home, where we live most of the year. We enjoy renting out the house to guests when we are traveling.

This is an ideal location in the city, Columbia Heights, and has plenty of space for a large group, a family or group of friends. Columbia Heights has restaurants and nightlife, and is a quick Metro or Uber ride to museums, the mall, Arlington cemetery, and other sight-seeing in Washington DC.

The large rooms with tall ceilings make every room super cozy. All the rooms have baths. We have black out blinds for late sleepers. Large windows all have great city views.
