Vi erbjuder ett fantastiskt radhus på BÄSTA läget i Washington, D. C. nära monumenten och två kvarter från den nya utvecklingen The Wharf! Vi erbjuder ett modernt kök, 3 sovrum och 2 badrum (2 sovrum och 1 badrum på varje våning). På första våningen hittar du det moderna köket och en matsal. På andra våningen finns ett sovrum med en dubbelsäng, garderob och mycket ljus. Ett separat badrum med badkar, toalett och handfat, ett TV-rum med 2 bekväma bussar, platt-TV och ett skrivbord, samt tvättstuga med tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Great place in a really nice location

This is a really great place to stay and explore DC. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and still very close to lots of good restaurants and walking distance to the main sites to see. The house itself is very comfortable and well appointed, and the hosts are really nice, responsive and helpful.

Very comfortable and convenient place to stay to visit DC

The listing was accurate but the communication from the hosts is what made this place easy to find and access. The parking spot was very convenient and easy to access. The townhouse was attractive and comfortably outfitted and we loved that the bedrooms/baths were on different floors. Hosts were friendly and attentive.

Great property

This place was great for our group of 5 women. It’s an easy walk to the Wharf and the metro. It’s convenient to the National Mall. The house was very clean and comfortable. I’d stay there again and definitely recommend!

Ideal Stay

I don't think we could have found a more ideal stay. Easily navigated everything to do and see within a 30 minute walk even with a 3, 7, and 9 year old. Luisa & Gonzalo were SUPER RESPONSIVE and very helpful and, even better, made the checkout process as seamless as can be. We really enjoyed this stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Great Place

Everything with the house was as listed. Location was perfect for what we were wanting with visiting the National Mall, and lots to do even more immediately to the property. Would definitely recommend this property for those visiting DC!

It was a wonderful stay here. The location was perfect and the house was a good fit for us. The owner was a great help and answered quickly. My one complaint is there was an odor around the kitchen sink area.

Family place to stay

This was all about location, comfort and location. We were so close to everything for must see. In the evening being by the warf was fun and added another place to hang out. We had smaller children with us and they didn’t want to leave the kids room. Place had everything you could possibly think off that you may need during your stay. This was excellent place to stay. Next time we have family come visit we hope this will be available for us to stay in.

Three of us stayed here and have nothing but compliments. I've been going to DC for nearly 50 years and never knew that the Wharf area was developed 20 years ago now with shops, food and amazing architecture. Great location.

Great spot and easy check in

The house is perfectly located for visiting all the sites and a short walk to to the wharf to catch a drink or dinner after a day of sight seeing. Highly recommend.

The perfect location!

We had an absolute blast in DC and I truly believe we can attribute that to how convenient our house was to everything! We could literally walk everywhere, but the parking spot was also a huge help when we did want to drive. A truly great week and a truly great house!

Great place / location

Perfect location to explore what DC has to offer. The wharf is minutes away and the national mall is walkable, although with small kids we took advantage of the free southwest DC shuttle. The house itself was great for our family, thank you!

Awesome!

Great stay, no problems at all! The location was very convenient as we were able to walk to work at the National Archives. Plus lots to do/see in the neighborhood, all in walking distance. The off-street parking space was also really nice.
