The apartment is fully equipped and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 people.
It is located on the 3rd floor.
Open concept, it has a full bathroom, kitchen area, sleeping area and desk.
Perfect for couples or a person looking for accommodation in a privileged area in Madrid. It is the best option for a couple or a person passing through Madrid for work or to visit the city, who are looking to adapt to the Madrid lifestyle while being in an activity area and surrounded by local people. Transport links are numerous in the area, so guests can quickly reach any point in the city.
*Late check-ins have a special rate and are paid in cash when you arrive at the apartment.
*Two sets of keys are provided.
*Upon arrival we will request the passport or identity card of each guest.
*We appreciate that you take care of the environment and turn off the lights and A/C when leaving the apartment.
-Check-in after 8:00 pm has a cost of 30 euros.
-Check-in after 11:00 pm until 9:00 am has a cost of 50 euros.
-Check-outs are until 11:00 am. When you leave, just leave your keys on the table and close the door behind you.
