Absolutely Wonderful!

Overall, this place was a dream. The furnishings and overall layout were perfect for us. The view from the balcony was spectacular! We would highly recommend this to any of our friends and in fact, plan to visit again in the future!

Perfect for San Diego Vacation

This was the perfect lovely, modern and clean location for a San Diego getaway. Very close to the beaches and SeaWorld, and abundant restaurant choices. Our host, Art, was wonderful and very pleasant to communicate with. The condo was fully stocked with household essentials and the bed was incredibly comfortable. 10/10 would stay here again!

Delightful Condo

We stayed in condo for four weeks. It’s beautifully decorated and uses state of the art amenities. The pool area was very relaxing. Mr. Dale was extremely helpful with any issue that arose. He truly aims to please.

Luxe vibes all Around

We loved this property! Just before arriving I told my daughters 11 & 13, this is a really nice place with very luxe finishes don't touch the walls etc. The girls later told me that when we arrived at the condo that from the outside they were like sure it's nice but what was all the hoorah about until they were inside and then they were gushing about how amazing the place was!! There are many more awesome things about this place not in the listing, like the fold out couch & air mattress if needed. We brought one as we thought there was only a couch...there are also neat things for the beach like chairs, cooler, & boogie boards. Communicating with the host was like corresponding with an old friend. We will be back next year for the same event and cannot wait to visit this condo again!!

Ideal for Tech Savvy

This condo has all the tech you could ever want. If you’re not tech savvy, the door locks can be confusing. The sink in the bathroom is frustrating as it requires something besides yourself to be placed in front of the monitor sensor. Fairly quiet neighbors but be aware if you’re a light sleeper the airport noise may keep you awake. The provided fan was helpful with white noise. Overall, it’s an affordable place to stay as you explore all San Diego has to offer.

Great Property!

Owner was great with communication! I was worried about the reviews regarding the airport but it really wasn’t a problem for us. It wasn’t a disturbance that kept us from sleeping. The location was great and close to everything. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location close to retail stores, restaurants, and beach. Causation: Airport is close and loud

Property is clean & safe, beautiful & upgraded. Easy check in and out, great communication with owner. 1 small parking spot. Property has everything on site you can think of.

Lovely and comfortable

At first I was disappointed as the condo wasn’t clean when we arrived. Apparently, there was some kind of emergency. However, Art was very quick to get the cleaning crew to the condo and they did a great job! The location was perfect for our adventures. Thank you Art, we enjoyed our stay.

Fully remodeled luxury condo

We were very satisfied with our stay. The interior is fully remodeled and features beautiful decor, comfortable bed and furniture, a very nice kitchen and elegant bathroom. We will definitely stay here again!

A little rough in the beginning but the host was excellent

The host was excellent to work with and the location is great except that every 3 minutes you have a jet airplane flying from the airport overhead from 6 am till 10 pm at night. This was never identified in the listing So if you want peace and quiet this area of point Loma is not for you.

A great place, short drive to anywhere

Quiet and private condo, spotless clean, with anything you might possibly need in the kitchen. The owner was very responsive to all questions that came up. We’d stay here again for sure.

Great Experience!

We were in a bind and needed a place to stay while we looked for a house. This rental was available for the time we needed. The owner was quick to respond and gave us access to the property right away. Once we arrived everything was very clean. The property was stocked with many items that made our stay comfortable. It is located in Point Loma which is close to many of San Diego’s attractions including sea world, sunset cliffs, and ocean beach. We are living about 3 miles from the property now and I will definitely recommend it to those who come visit.

Great unit, very techy. Disappointed the pool was closed due to COVID-19. Felt very safe in the complex and the neighborhood. Close to grocery stores, liquor stores, and drug stores.

Great stay, good location

The location was very convenient for us (close to Barnes tennis center and all major attraction points). The apartment is very nicely appointed and very clean, beds, linens etc are all of good quality. Art is a great host - very responsive and accommodating . Thank you! We will stay again in the future.
