Remodeled & Spacious! It’s Beautiful!

Remodeled and shows great! You will love this very comfortable and spacious 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit. You will enjoy the open floorplan that will accommodate you and a guest to hang out for dinner, or watch your favorite movie together! It's clean, it's bright, and refreshing!

The location is amazing! Watch the sunset every night from the cliffs, which is a 2 minute walk to the end of the block!

This is a first floor unit with one bedroom and one bathroom. Very open and spacious floorplan all on one level! Smell the Pacific Ocean in the air and listen to the waves crashing into the cliffs from the front of the property! The location is great offering a short (15 minute) walk to Newport Avenue into downtown Ocean Beach, or a short (15 minute) walk to Sunset Cliffs! Go to the sandy beach at tower 2 at the end of Newport Avenue, and then grab lunch or dinner at one of the many restaurants in OB! The property is located on a dead end street just two minutes to the end of the block for the evening sunset!

Very close to the ocean

Very comfortable and clean place. Definitely enjoyed my stay. A couple of minutes from the ocean. Also very close to great restaurants, and convenient stores. Great neighborhood, and an assigned parking space. Great response from Marc . Would stay there again!

Great time Great Host

Marc was a great host. He had everything set up for us and communicated with me the whole time. This place was more than we could expect. If you’re ever in San Diego and want to stay by the beach, Marc‘s place is where you wanna be.

Great stay in great location

This property is ideally located in Ocean Beach — close to the beach and Sunset Cliffs, but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Newport Ave. The unit itself was nicely decorated and well equipped. The King bed is a rare commodity in the area and this one was very comfortable. The property owner was very proactive in making sure we had everything we needed for our stay and checking in on us. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Getaway

This place was so clean and had every amenity you can think of. The location was perfect to go watch a beautiful San Diego sunset and also close to restaurants and grocery stores. The designated parking spot was a huge plus also! The host, Marc, was so easy to work with and texted throughout the trip to make sure everything was ok and asked if we needed anything. I even made a last minute request to extend our stay by one night, and within the hour, I had confirmation that we could. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy San Diego!!

Extremely Comfortable and Quiet

Great place to stay. Unit was well equipped and extremely comfortable in a great neighborhood. Could easily walk to all the attractions and views Ocean Beach offers. Having a designated parking spot was also a plus as street parking appeared to be minimal. Marc (host) was also very responsive, and provided lots of great recommendations in the Welcome Packet.

Wonderful stay in Sunset Cliffs

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed the location. Great neighborhood for walking. Close to local restaurants and stores. The unit was well maintained, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Marc was incredibly helpful with recommendations and excellent at communicating all essential details.

Great space

Everything was in order from the check-in process through the amenities at the unit. Off street parking, great location just a few doors down from the ocean. Downtown Newport Street was in close proximity, we enjoyed our stay very much thank you so much for everything we look forward to visiting again soon...

My husband and I had a very good stay in Ocean Beach. We loved how easily we could walk to Sunset Cliffs, Newport Ave restaurants and shops, and to watch the sunset at the end of the block. The property was very clean and felt safe and quiet. Reasonable drive time to most areas in San Diego.

OB at its Best

Fantastic place less than a block from the Ocean. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Ocean Beach this is it! Super clean, super responsive and a stones throw from the ocean and walking distance to main/downtown Ocean Beach.

10 Year Anniversary Trip

This place was perfect for our stay. Right by the ocean and a quick drive to downtown. Very friendly neighborhood and easy walk to Ocean beach. Property communicated very well checking if needed anything extra during our stay. Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was as described, clean and had a lot of great amenities, including a parking spot. It was within walking distance to the beach, Sunset Cliffs and all the things to do in Ocean Beach. Marc was a great communicator too.

Beautiful Ocean Beach

This is the perfect accommodation for exploring not only Ocean Beach but San Diego in it's entirety. The space is clean, quiet, and includes everything you would need. Marc was excellent with communication and the check-in/out process was easy. Would definitely stay again!

Luxurious unit in amazing location

This is the perfect place. It is about four lots from the ocean. The unit itself is beautifully remodeled and incredibly clean. The host was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend the place and would like to stay here again the next time I am in San Diego.

Beautiful!

The property had a wonderful location. A short walk up the hill brought you to beautiful sunsets! Downtown was a close enough walk as well. I was so glad we had a parking spot because parking in the area was a nightmare. We would absolutely stay here again

Fantastic vacation

We had a fantastic vacation! Thanks to a a beautiful bright clean place and a great host Marc, who was very helpful & quick to respond. Amenities galore & well stocked. Another bonus was having off street parking. The location is perfect, easy walk to the beach & to downtown area. Highly recommend & would love to stay again! Thank You!!
