This building is quiet and the condo is NEWLY updated - perfect for a beach getaway!

The condo is just steps from the sands of Mission Beach and Mission Bay, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes -everything that Mission Beach has to offer.
Enjoy the private balcony with a BBQ grill. We supply surfboards & beach essentials.

Relax in style and enjoy the ocean breezes in comfort!

The Space:
Open plan , with all new designer furniture throughout. New bed with comfy mattress and high end linens. Our newly updated kitchen with everything you could possible need for a comfy short or long stay.

Please note that the washer and dryer are located in the basement of the building and is communal and coin operated.

You will have one designated parking spot in a gated parking garage. Please note that this spot is best for compact - midsize vehicles.

Other Things to Note:
Please note this is NOT a party house.
Absolutely NO SMOKING in the property, on the balcony, or near the building. Subject to $500 fine.
Quiet hours from 10PM-8AM every day. Please consider another listing if you are wanting to party or have gatherings with more than 4 people.
No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo/video shoots or other business use.
NO PETS - our cleaner is very allergic to pets, please consider another listing if you have a service animal/comfort animal
Unit is approximately 500 square feet.

We love Mission Beach and were thrilled to find this place with parking! Parking in Mission Beach is a must. The apartment was a comfortable stay with all the basics needed for our week. Steps from the beach and great food and coffee options. We would definitely stay again.

Good place. Good location. Good value. Good management.

Coastal Beach Condo (CBC) is in a good location; close to restaurants, the beach, the bay, and other services. The management is responsive and professional. CBC is clean and safe with secure access and parking.

Exactly as advertised, beautiful location. A must book

This place was beautiful (enough for 1-3 people) and easy to get to. The location was convenient, just steps to the beach and many coffee shops, restaurants and bars. If you have a car the parking space provided is extremely convenient. Would definitely stay there again. Such a great place!

Nice enough place, but some concerns.

When we checked in, the keys that were in the lock box were not the correct keys to get into the door to the apartment. I called and they were able to set up a key code for me to use, but he did ask me "do you know how to use the key?". The lock on the deadbolt was held "locked" by the frame of the door. Not very secure. When I messaged to get a refund and stay elsewhere, they said there was no refunds. the shower head also leaked at the seams. I screened apartments looking for ones with AC, this one does not, but still came up with the apartments that had AC.
