Beautiful newly remodeled cottage-studio in a fantastic locationâeverything is brand new! Just 5 min from the beach and bay in a safe, walkable area. Enjoy 2 comfy queen beds, a kitchenette, 2 rainfall showers, smart TV, and workspace. Includes bikes, 1 kayak, EV charger, and private parking. Washer, dryer, BBQ grill, and jacuzzi available upon request.

This is one of the best neighborhoods in San Diego. Point Loma is a peninsula with the bay on one side and the ocean on the other. Both are walking distance. You can see the sunrise down the hill at the bay and admire the most amazing sunsets on the other side of the hill at Sunset Cliffs. So many great restaurants nearby. Supermarkets and fantastic shopping areas just minutes away. Liberty Station (restaurants and shops) Ocean Beach, Shelter Island, Kellogg Beach, the airport, all minutes away!
