Just 5 km from the village of Loro Ciuffenna, which has been included in the list of the \'Most Beautiful Villages in Italy\', is Villa Querceto, an ideal place to relax and unwind on the slopes of Pratomagno.
The villa, divided into two flats, enjoys a magnificent view over the valley and has a private swimming pool with slide (24 steps 6x12m deep, 1.30m), an illuminated tennis court and an open-air kitchen at the back.
Each flat has a private outdoor area equipped with sofas and a dining area.

The house is divided into two flats, one next to the other but not communicating, and they are mirrored each other. Both are on the first floor.
First floor 13 steps: Loggia equipped for meals and small living room; living room with dining area, fireplace and Smart-TV; kitchenette with 4 burner stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and oven; 2 double bedrooms with ceiling fan and one twin bedroom; bathroom with shower.
At the rear of the house there is an area for outdoor cooking with barbecue, wood-burning oven and sink.
On the ground floor there is a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and the laundry room.

The land of about 1 hectare is completely fenced off. To get there, there is a 1 km dirt road to be travelled carefully.

The Villa is located 5 km from the village of Loro Ciuffenna where there are shops, bars and restaurants.
The Valdarno area is 11 km away and consists of the towns of Terranuova Bracciolini, Montevarchi and San Giovanni Valdarno where there are supermarkets and shops of all kinds, railway stations and the A1 motorway. In these towns, weekly markets are held on Thursdays in Montevarchi, Fridays in Terranuova Bracciolini and Saturdays in San Giovanni, where it is possible to find stalls selling both gastronomic products and household utensils.
Gaiole in Chianti (35 km start of the famous \'Eroica\' cycling race) and Radda in Chianti (38 km) are the first towns in the world\'s most famous area where Chianti wine is produced. In these areas you will have the opportunity to visit not only the characteristic villages, but also the splendid wine cellars where you can enjoy wine tastings and admire the hills.
