Villa Tintorer is situated at the foot of the Boquer valley behind Puerto Pollensa in the residential area called Siller.
A charming little traditional villa that offers a lush private lawned garden with mature trees that offer privacy from the few surrounding properties.
There is a covered off road parking spot and then the refreshing pool is situated to the front of the house, with sun beds and parasol for the holiday sunbathing.
The ample shaded porch is furnished with comfy sofas and a table and chairs for relaxing and al fresco dining.
You enter the villa from the parking area straight into the open plan living/ dining room with a smart TV and the adjoining fully equipped kitchen. There are large glass doors here that lead out to the porch and pool beyond.
There is a double bedroom and twin situated to the back of the villa both air conditioned and which share a full bathroom.
A cosy home from home that is ideal for small families or a couple who like the space. â
