Helt renoverat till högsta standard under 2013, denna stora, möblerade, luftkonditionerade studio ligger i den mest prestigefyllda bostadsområde i Cap d'Ail, precis ovanför havet. Lägenheten har en vacker utsikt över havet med en söderläge terrass och privat trädgård. Den ligger i ett mycket lugnt, exklusivt, gated bostad fylld med ett överflöd av exotiska träd och vegetation Medelhavet.

De två simbassängerna (sommaren) i bostaden är direkt tillgängliga från lägenheten. En är omedelbart under den, och den andra, en infinity-pool med panoramautsikt över Medelhavet till Cap Ferrat, ligger bara några steg utanför lägenheten privata trädgård.

Med en kvalitet dubbelsäng, platt erbjuder bekvämt boende för 2 personer och har ett fullt utrustat separat kök, badrum med badkar, dusch och toalett, och en privat parkering-plats inom föreningen.

Havet och stränderna (med kustnära vägen till Monaco, vattensporter center och eleganta restauranger) är bara några steg bort. Staden Cap d'Ail ligger inom några minuters promenad, där det finns butiker, restauranger, turistbyrån och andra bekvämligheter.

Lägenheten är lätt att nå med bil, buss eller tåg, och det finns goda förbindelser till Nice internationella flygplats.

Lovely apartment, ideal location

Lovely apartment in ideal location. We stayed for Grand Prix visit. Easy access to Monaco by train. Plenty of beaches and restaurants in close proximity. We did hire car from Nice airport however could have managed without as train station was so close. Owners & property manager kept in touch. Would highly recommend.

Can’t find better spot if you are looking to visit Monaco, Nice, Antibes, Cannes and all other gorgeous communities on the Côte d’Azur. For sure, we will go back there and enjoy!

Fantastic apartment

We had a lovely stay at this property. The communication with Naomi and David was great. The apartment layout and design is well thought out and equipped, with absolutely everything you could possibly need, the quietest aircon, and the bed was definitely the most comfortable we’ve ever had. The location is great for a relaxing break, the train station is directly down the steps below, and there are some great bakeries and small supermarkets up the hill above. We will certainly be booking this apartment again!

Fantastic apartment

This apartment is in an amazing location. Clean and equipped with everything one would bed. The pools, the privacy, the sea view and walkway into Monaco-all fantastic The apartment is exactly as advertised and Naomi and David were a pleasure to deal with.

Everything was perfect...!

Lovely apartment, located central in Cap d'Ail, 5 minutes walk to the sea, 45 minutes nice walk to Monaco along the ocean, apartment is well equipped, very clean. We hope to come back soon during one of our next holidays.

Great property, near perfect location.

The owners have done an excellent job of creating a well-equipped unit for all guest needs and refined the process to be an easy visit. Kudos. We really couldn't suggest too much to make it a better experience and would definitely consider this property again next year. If you seek a centrally-located HQ to bounce between Nice and Monaco, and full of south coast sun, this spot in Cap D'ail is for you.

Luxe apartment in the stunning Cap D'ail

We had 7 nights in this modern and well equipped luxe apartment in one of the prime spots overlooking the Mediterranean of Cap D'ail, everything inside was of a very high standard with all the facilities you could want. The local area offers easy access to all the hot spots in the area with short walks to the train or other transportation, the walk to beach Mala will make you want to come back for more. We love the area with a variety of dining options from fine dining to more local cuisine. The local restaurants offer a good mix of fresh food and excellent wines. This apartment is highly recommended to anyone wanting to visit one of the most beautiful spots in the area, it's great for relaxing or going on adventures , the pools are even better than the photos with a peaceful ambience, just don't rent it when we want to visit next time! Parking a nightmare

There are supposed to be three parking places but if other two are parked then you will struggle. Parking down a very steep and twisty narrow drive, could not park when arrived as gardener had his van down at the bottom where our space was. My husband damaged his car as extremely tricky to negotiate.

Lovely place and great location!

My husband and I stayed at the studio for 1 week. It is perfect for 2 people. We used the kitchen a lot for cooking and it is very well equipped. Very nice to have the patio with table and chairs and a view of the sea. The location was perfect for us because we did not have a car. The train station is easy stairs walk down (about 5+ minutes) and about 10+ minutes you can be on the coastal path that you can also take to walk to Monaco. We used the train to go to Cannes and the lovely place of Villefrance. If you go there, eat at Le Filles de Pecher. Great food and right on the sea in the center of town. The markets in Cap d'Ail are good and about a 10+ minutes walk up the hill. As I said, we cooked a lot so that was important to us. We did not use the pools but did often go up by the infinity pool to look at the beautiful view. Would certainly go back if our path takes us that direction again.

Fantastic apartment in a superb location!

Everything about this property was as we expected. A fantastic hideaway right by the Med, minutes from the beach and train station, and with two pools to choose from including the incredible infinity pool. We are getting to know the area pretty well now, and this was a great base for us to explore the hills and villages inland from the coast. Communication from the owner was always fantastic, and a comprehensive information pack was emailed to us before our stay. We arrived to a fridge-full of basic supplies - so many in fact that we had trouble fitting in our own groceries! After a week on the road coming down from Calais, we were glad to make use of the washing machine, and everything dried very quickly in the outside sunshine. The only niggle for us was getting our large vehicle (VW Transporter) in and out of the complex and parking space. In a normal sized car, you should be absolutely fine, although be aware that the driveway down to the parking space and apartment is rather steep.

Calm luxury in best part of Cote d'Azur

The amazing amazing apartment in private quiet complex with direct view of the see. Apartment was recently refurbished in high standards and it has all possible conveniences of modern life: washing machine, dishwasher, towel heater... White porcelain tiles throughout, european stylish kitchen. All blinds are operated by remote or button, everything is high tech. Owners leave some basics (a lot of basics) in apartment, so if you are arriving late (as we have), you will still have plenty to fix yourself a dinner. There are plenty of supplies for anything you would need, and it makes you feel very welcomed and immediately at ease. The only obligation is to re-stock the same for next guest. Basics include (but not limited to): cooking oil, salt, coffee/tea, milk, cereals, wine, soaps, shampoo, cleaning items, toilet and kitchen papers... anything you could need. The view outside is amazing, the terrace is private, yet still has excellent access to the both swimming pools. The garden in front of terrace is a nice touch, give the feeling of being in your own private villa rather than average hotel/condo. Garden path with private leads to second swimming pool that felt private (two other flats connecting to same path had no guests). It seemed like we have our very own private infinity pool on Cote d'Azur, with views to die for. We have spent leisurely afternoons relaxing in the pool, enjoying the view, taking in the greenery surrounding it. Train station is 93 steps under the appartment, and trains pass every 15-30 minutes, depending on the time of day. Trains are very quiet, and there is a lot of greenery, so no problem sleeping with open terrace doors - crickets will wake you up in the morning. With crowds on the roads, train proved to be best transportation method, so this apartment is perfect even in that regard. Parking spot is provided too, in case you need it. Apartment is close to Monaco border, which means that area/neighborhood is impeccably clean, quiet, safe and full of luxury private villas (Madonna visits the villa directly above swimming pool). Owners provided excellent communication, with plenty of maps, tips and guides available in apartment. They handled all transactions professionally with charges through homeaway system. Any questions I had were promptly responded to, and deposit refunded day after check-out. This is amazing accommodation, you will get used to luxury and feel like a royalty. The hard part is coming back home.

Urlaub in Cap d'Ail

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung. Der CheckIN verlief reibungslos durch die super Kommunikation. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Ausstattungstechnisch war alles vorhanden. Gepflegt und sauber. Pool war perfekt und die gepflegte Gartenanlage der Wohnanlage rundet das ganze ab. Wer Ruhe sucht, findet sie definitiv hier. Generell muss man gut zu Fuss sein, durch die bergige Lage. Zur Strandbucht Mala Plage läuft man ca.15min. Monaco erreicht man sogar am fantastischen Klippenweg per Fuß in 2km. Rundum ein gelungener Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Very peaceful yet close to it all.

The flat was very clean and had a terrific view and the surrounding area was very peaceful. We appreciated that there was a full range of cookware as well as some spices and a couple of reusable bags in the kitchen area. There are 2 markets up the street (uphill) as well as a bakery and couple restaurants which wer used throughout our week there. The train station was a short walk away and ran frequently to both Monaco and Nice making day trips there super easy (Monaco is literally the next stop). Furthermore just below the train station was a beautiful oceanfront featuring a great restaurant and even an oceanfront walkway that would lead you into Monaco if you were motivated.This place was literally perfect for us as we spent most days exploring Monaco just before F1 and it allowed us a peaceful place to retreat to every day. Dave and Naomi were very responsive throughout the entire process, even when some issues had arose, they were resolved quickly.We would absolutely stay here again should we find ourselves there again!

Ein Paradies auf Erden

Die unbeschreibliche Aussicht von der Terrasse mit dem tollen Garten und den schönen Pools macht die Ferien unvergessen. Wir haben schon zum zweiten Mal diese wunderbare Location genossen. Auch der Kontakt zu den Vermietern ist ausgezeichnet. Sie tun alles, damit man sich wohl fühlt. Ein Traumurlaub!!!
