Exceptionell familjefastighet belägen i ett litet privat bostad med vacker 180 graders panoramautsikt över Monaco och Cote D'Azur där solen stiger upp och går ner. Fastigheten ligger inom 7 minuters bilresa från centrum av fyrstendömet Monaco.

Denna fastighet har smakfullt inredda och möblerade i en förfinad och modern stil. Fastigheten består av 4 stora sovrum med dubbla sovrum med gott om klädytor och 4 stora badrum med eget badrum 3 med badkar och separata duschar. Ett formellt boende med öppen spis och havsutsikt och skinnsoffor. Ytterligare ett stort vardagsrum för familj med bio-tv och enorm bäddsoffa och solstolar med dörrar som öppnar sig mot den bakre träterrassen under ett olivträd. Köket har plats för 12 inuti och 10 utanför på terrassen som vetter mot havet med stor grill med pizzaugn och Paella ugn på baksidan terrassen. Köket är fullt utrustat med moderna apparater inklusive ugn, ångugn, mikrovågsugn, expressmaskin stor kyl-frys, keramikhällar, svalare för ost och grönsaker, vinkylare, tvättmaskin och glas och keramik för över 20 personer.
På en av trädgårdsterrasserna finns ett sommarätområde med ett bord med plats för 20 personer på den övre trädgårdsterrassen omgiven av olivträd och panoramautsikt, trappsteg leder till en toppterrass med panoramautsikt över Monaco och Italien. En stor pool med vattenfall där barnen kan dyka från ligger vid poolnivån omgiven av trädäck, solstolar, ett annat bord för 8. Parkeringsplats för 3 bilar.

Great stay, perfect location.

We where pleasant surprised by the nice gifts we received when we checked in, they were delicious! We had a great stay for 5 days with 8 people. The house is fully equipped. The garden is sensational and the swimming pool is perfect! We would love to come back.

Beautiful property, very well maintained and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and view stunning.

My husband and I and our two daughters aged 6 & 9 had a fantastic stay at Fleur de Lys. The house and grounds were immaculate upon arrival and very secure. The bedrooms are plush, spacious and beautifully appointed, all with en suite bathrooms, sliding glass doors to the garden/pool, blackout blinds, and AC. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, including a very well-equipped kitchen, fabulous barbeque grill, ample lounge chairs and beach/pool towels, games and toys for the kids to enjoy, a large outdoor laundry area, ping pong table and Wifi. The pool and grounds are well maintained, and the view is breathtaking. There are two charming eating areas that take advantage of the gorgeous Mediterranean vista--one in the garden and one on a balcony off the kitchen. We found the location perfect for exploring the surrounding area. It's a quick drive to Monaco, Nice and everything in between, such as the historic and charming commune Eze Village and the quaint mountaintop village of La Turbie (5 min drive). We enjoyed many sunset mountain walks on the various trails accessible from the property. All in all a wonderful stay. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful villa, perfectly located, close to beaches, Monaco and surrounding towns. Our host, Daphne was welcoming and generous. Stunning large pool and outside areas, spectacular views, a well equipped kitchen and generally a well appointed property all round. We hope to return.

Stop searching - you won't find a better combination of owner/location/property.

My family and I usually stay at our favorite hotel in Monaco. After our recent stay at the house, however, we've unanimously decided that this house will be where we plan to stay from now on (fingers crossed). The house is located on a very easily - accessible road. No turns , no twists , no getting lost. Its entrance is through a gate, and there's enough parking to house three cars. The property is divided into three elevations, each one with beautiful landscaping. The house itself is beautifully decorated and has modern furnishings and appliances - the pictures are accurate 👍 The four en-suite bedrooms open up into the garden and pool area. All the bedrooms have A/C , tubs as well as showers, and large closet areas. There is a fifth bedroom with shower etc that has a separate entrance from the outside (we locked it , and one of the teenage kids slept there). We were eight people, and everyone was comfortable in their own bed. The kitchen has everything and more- coffee machine, dish washer, plenty of pots and pans. We didn't need a thing. There was also a huge grill in the back and a gorgeous outdoor table👍 The pool area has a cool waterfall that is available to jump off of (in the deep end). The sun lounges and other pool furniture was plentiful and in great condition. Communication, from the owner to the property manager to the housekeeping, was all very easy and very pleasant. There were no issues at all, and if there was, they were available on WhatsApp 👍 Some additional features: There's WiFi. There's air conditioning in every room. There's satellite tv. There's an alarm system for the house. There's an alarm system for the pool. You're given two sets of keys and electronic gate entrance keys. Tips: - rent this house without any worries. - utilize the housekeeping services (they know the place inside/out and were a pleasure, even with all the loads of laundry we had). - go up to the top elevation, sit on the furniture, and watch the sun set over Monaco. - thank your lucky stars that you've found the perfect house (owner/location/property). To be honest, my only concern with the house is the possibility that it might be rented out the next time I visit the area 😉 Have a fantastic time !

Great stay, beautiful Villa, best view in France!

Amazing Villa with outstanding sea views of Monaco, Cap Ferret, and beyond. The house is luxurious, bedrooms were big, bathrooms huge, loads of entertaining space, kitchen fully equipped - even a steam oven! House immaculate, beautiful gardens with terraces and pool area - although we couldn't swim as it was winter time. Monaco was 5 mins drive so great location for all the restaurants. We went to Villefranche with its lovely fishing bay and market and restaurants on the water front - the kids loved our stay. Defiantly recommend this Villa for families. We were sad to leave but hope to come back in the summer time and be able to try out the local beaches.

Best place to stay on the Côte d'Azur

This really is the place to stay if you are visiting Monaco, Nice or anywhere in between. Away from the hustle and bustle of both Monaco and Nice it is within easy distance of either to pop down for a drink or a bite to eat. The really advantage is its splendid location, perched on the side of the mountain above Monaco. There are views both into Monaco itself and south along the coast towards Nice. Really you could spend your time sitting on the terrace enjoying the sun rise and the sun set, but there is so much to do and explore in the area you will wish you had not booked to stay longer!

I love this property as it has a Zone rouge protected garden with a back drop of the mountain behind where there are old Roman roads that traverse the whole of the coast line and has wild thyme and cactuses with a view of the whole of Monaco all the way to Nice from the top. It is 5 minutes to Monaco and 15 to Nice and 15 to Italy. The house is private and secluded at the end of a dead end road. Cap dail beach - eden plage and la mala is certainly the prettiest bay for swimming and eating. I love the way from each bedroom the doors open onto the gardens and one can walk to the pool. it works well both as a family house and for adults only.Great entertaining areas with gas BBQ for outdoor living.
