There is a living area with a sofa and a flat-screen TV where you can relax after a day in the city. Also a dining table and a balcony with a nice view of the city!
The bedroom comes with a comfy bed with hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.
The bathroom is equipped with all you need for your stay.
Free WiFi is available in all areas of the apartment.
Towels and bed linen are provided for your stay.
Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.
Please note that there is no elevator in this building.

Close to everything and brimming with cafes, shops, restaurants, and transportation.
The Commerce Square , Chiado , Bairro Alto , Alfama or the Castle are all within easy walking distance.
Many places in Lisbon are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:
- There are multiple bus stops that service the area.
- The nearest Metro stop: Martin Moniz + Tram 28: (5 min walking)
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-ins from midnight to 07:00 have a surcharge of EUR 30. Fees to be paid upon arrival.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a âŹ200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of X⏠included.
