The living room features a convertible sofa bed where you can relax, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The area features multiple windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.

The bedroom is a pleasant room with a queen bed, a wardrobe and a bright and warm ambience. It comes with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The bathrooms have all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

This is a fantastic location to explore the city. This area has unique attractions, including the iconic Luís I Bridge, the stunning Livraria Lello, and the beautiful Porto Cathedral. For those looking for relaxation, the luxurious spa at The Yeatman Hotel is just a short distance away. Food and drink options are plentiful, with the renowned Taylor's Port offering delicious meals and refreshing beverages.

It is a convenient and easily accessible location. The D. João II station is just a 1-minute walk away, making transportation a breeze. The Santo Ovidio station is also within walking distance, only an 8-minute stroll away. Whether exploring the charming streets of Vila Nova De Gaia or venturing into nearby Porto, this location offers easy access to public transportation.

Before your check-in, we will send you your check-in options and where to pick up the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge costs 10€, pending availability.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
