Ticking almost every box available in a superior short-let property, the space offers extremely generous accommodation over two floors, fully featured kitchen, private garden space & balcony to the master bedroom, plus parking.

The space:

Part of a small and exclusive walled development sitting between Hepburn Gardens and the historic Lade Braes, the space is only a 15 minute walk from the heart of our bustling Golfing and University town.
A secure front door leads into a hallway that accesses two ground floor bedrooms, one serviced by a very sizeable jack & jill bath and shower room, and another that can access it from the hall.
Moving further into the property we find a luxuriously appointed and full equipped kitchen, and extremely generous south facing sitting/dining room with patio doors to a private paved patio area and lawn.
Outdoor amenity is provided by way of a large glass patio table with parasol and 8 chairs.
Moving upstairs we find two south facing bedrooms, both en-suite and equipped with generous in-built storage. The master offering the luxury of a private balcony accessed via bi-fold doors and equipped with table and two chairs.
Luxury touches are to be found throughout the property, from oversized shower cubicles with monsoon heads, to hardwood flooring equipped with underfloor heating controlled by individual room thermostats.

NOTES:
Check-in from 4PM onwards using the on-site key-box. Unfortunately, as we operate multiple busy properties, we are no longer able to offer changes to arrival or departure times without charge.
We can offer the first floor twin bedroom as a super king upon request at time of booking at no additional cost. Late requests or last-minute bookings may incur a set-up charge depending on the service status of the property.
At the time of photography we were awaiting additional lounge chairs to complement the sitting room sofa's.
The Champagne shown in the images is not included in the rental.
