New 3 bedroom house with incredible 180 degree views over Porthmeor Beach, The Island, Godrevy Lighthouse, and 25 mile views up the north coast of Cornwall, weather permitting. Less that 10 minutes walk to Porthmeor Beach, and all that St Ives has to offer. Purpose built (2023) holiday let built with guests in mind, this one of two properties that takes advantage of the amazing views with reverse level living. Enter on the ground floor, with 2 parking spaces and free EV charging point, to 3 bedrooms. The master ensuite with king size bed, and shower room, 2nd bedroom with 6 ft zip & Link superking (can be singles), and the 3rd bedroom with 2 singles (can be 6ft zip & link superking. And family bathroom with shower over, wc and basin complete the ground floor. Stairs lead to the 1st floor open planned lounge, dining and kitchen. Large sliding doors lead from the lounge onto the large balcony. So enjoy the balcony to watch the sun rise in the morning or dine alfresco as the sun dips in the evening. The first floor includes kitchen with double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge freezer and the 3rd shower room with wc and basin. Light the woodburner for cosy nights, and watch the storms pass by. The decked ground floor includes a charcoal built in bbq, and warm water shower to rinse of the sand on return from the beach. Heating is provided by air source heat pump, underfloor heating, plus triple glazing. This property is one of a pair of semis and can be booked as a pair to sleep 12 in total with 6 bedrooms/6 shower rooms. Great for two families who wish to holiday together, but have their own space. Lovely house
Lovely house with a view overlooking the sea. It is a bit of a walk down the hill to the shore where many of the bars and restaurants are, but a beautiful and quiet location nonetheless - perfect for a family. The three bedrooms are on the ground floor (with a washer/dryer combo laundry machine in the hallway) and the kitchen and living room are on the second floor with the balcony overlooking the sea. We enjoyed a wonderful family meal on the balcony!

They provided all necessary information promptly, ensuring a smooth check-in. Their attentiveness made us feel welcomed and valued as guests.The property is incredibly well-equipped. It features a modern kitchen with high-end appliances, making meal preparation a joy. The living spaces are stylish and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed, with cosy bedding and ample storage.Located just a 15-minute walk from the beach, it is perfectly situated for those wanting to enjoy the sun and surf. The nearby town centre offers a variety of shops, restaurants, and art galleries, making it easy to explore the local culture.One of the standout features is the private parking for two cars, a significant advantage in St Ives. Additionally, an EV charger was a major plus for us.In summary, this holiday home offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience. An ideal base for enjoying all that St Ives has to offer.
