The self-catering holiday rental Casa Mar Azul is a modern and tastefully decorated 2 bedroom/2 bathroom ground floor apartment on a quiet dead-end street perched on the hilltop overlooking the picturesque town of Carvoeiro with stunning views of the ocean. The beach as well as town centre with all the shops, restaurants and bars can be easily reached within 5 minute walking distance.

The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and ensuite as well as a built-in closet (with a safe inside), a separate desk and chair. The second bedroom features 2 twin beds and a built-in closet as well. There is a second full bathroom complete with jetted bathtub/shower combination, bidet and a hair dryer. Towels and bed linens will be provided as well as a mid-week cleaning service.

The fully equipped open concept kitchen features a breakfast bar and views of the ocean. The amenities include a dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, electric kettle, coffeemaker, citrus juicer, Espresso machine, French press, fridge/freezer, cooktop and oven. An ironing board, iron and clotherack are also available. Should you require highchairs or babycots please let us know and these can be provided for you.

There is also a large dining table and chairs and a comfortable living room with a flat screen satellite TV. A WII game console, cards, board games and books are added for your entertainment as well as free WIFI.

The living room features sliding doors opening to the huge communal sun-terrace with sun loungers and swimming pool with separate childrens pool, from where you can enjoy breathtaking seaviews. An outdoor dining and lounge set as well as two private lounge chairs with paraso and beach towelsl are provided for you on the patio.

Two convient parking spots are allocated specifically for the apartment in the secure underground parkade. An air conditioning/heating system is also installed as well as electric shutters in front of all double glased windows.

There is a strict non-smoking policy and pets are also not allowed!

Carvoeiro was once a small fishing village. It is now a popular tourist destination due to the beautiful beaches and stunning coastline line. There are many restaurants but the town has held on to the charm of its earlier years so is perfect for families and couples

Had a lovely 6 night stay. Apartment was exactly how described very spacious with all the mod cons. Communication was very good and easy to get to and into apartment. Short walk to restaurants and beach. We hired a car and travelled to different areas which were all lovely. I would stay here again for sure. Thank you.

Well equipped property

We enjoyed our stay especially because the property was so well equipped. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals for example. It was evident that the property management company takes care to provide whatever guests may need or appreciate.

Stayed 6 nights here. Can’t beat the location. Can walk to the beach and town. Parking in private garage was a plus. The place was nice and clean. The beds were comfy. Only downside is the walls are thin. Everything else was great.

Second visit did not disappoint

The apartment is very clean and a very relaxing place to be, whilst also a short walk from the mini supermarket, bars, shops and restaurants. We were here for a second time and have already booked to come back again next year to the same apartment The pool is looking a little tired with quite a few tiles having come away, and the bathroom grout needs to be freshened up. Very very minor though, overall an excellent find

Great place in a cute little town. Was perfect for our visit of Algarve. Pool was perfect for the kids and the kitchen was well equipped. The only comment I have, which is not necessarily a negative, is that the place is in a condo complexe and the neighbours are very close and the pool can be crowded. So if you are looking from some privacy, this may not be the best place for you. Also the underground parking is a blessing. That being said I would come back here in a heart beat.

Excellent condo. The service by Elite was exceptional, responded quickly to any need.

Prior to arrival Katharine was quick to respond to any questions we had and provided all the information we needed to find the apartment and get in. Within a couple of days after arrival, we met Mariane who provided us with information about the apartment ( appliances, heating/cooling ), etc. as well as information about local points of interest. We were 2 senior couples who rented this apartment and we found the apartment met our needs very well with 2 beds/2baths and a nice living area. The kitchen was well equipped to let us prepare full meals. The location was excellent as it is within walking distance of countless cafes, restaurants, shopping and the beach. We also enjoyed the pool outside our patio door. It is a bit of a walk up the hill from the beach but the magnificent views make the walk worthwhile. We would stay here again without hesitation and would strongly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a great vacation in the Algarve.

Enjoyed a lovely holiday in carvoeiro. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing, contact with Elite was trouble free and the entry instructions were clear and simple to follow. All in all it was a lovely apartment in a nice, quiet location, not too far to walk to the numerous bars and restaurants in Carvoeiro
