Condo looked exactly like pictures and was accurate to description. View off of balcony was beautiful, staff at resort was friendly, main pool with poolside bar/grill was awesome, and the 2 reserved chairs and umbrella at beach was a much appreciated perk! Elevators were quick which is huge to me as this isn’t always the case and I hate waiting forever for the elevator. Location was convenient to several shops, ice cream, food and even the very popular Pineapple Willy’s was walkable! This is our second trip to Panama City beach and I prefer this condo/resort over the last place we chose by far. If ever returning to Panama City beach I would definitely stay in this condo again!

Loved our stay there, however, have never slept on a worst bed in my life it was like sleeping on a piece of wood. I do feel as much as these rentals cost a very good bed is not too much to ask. My back hurt the entire week

Tamey thats the first complaint Ive ever received about the beds? However during your stay you managed to ruin 3 sets of sheets, 2 comforters and 3 rugs that I now have to replace. You would think people that rent at a nice resort complex would take better care of our property. So sorry about your back!

Wonderful

Our family of 5 absolutely loved this condo!! We’ve been going to PCB for over 10 years and have stayed in many different condos. This one is probably our favorite-beautifully decorated, spacious, comfy beds, short distance to the beach, amazing pools and a pool bar and perfect location. Our family will definitely be back.

Spring Break 2023

We always stay at Long Beach Resort and once again it was amazing. The condo was super nice. We had everything we needed and everything worked. I recommend this condo. The owner is always available for any questions as well!!

The most beautiful condo!

We have stayed at Long Beach many times and this condo was the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. It has a beautiful beachy feel without looking like a souvenir shop. Everything is so well thought out so we had everything we could possibly need. Donny was fantastic to work with and always responded quickly (not that we had any issues!) We would definitely choose this condo again!

The condo was beautiful!

Our two girls loved having a view of the ocean, usually that luxury is only reserved for the adults! The only thing I would have changed is having a light on the deck, it would have been great to be able to play games out there at night.

Perfect beach condo

This condo is the perfect little beach condo. The decor is beachy and elegant. AC works great. The view is amazing. Just the right height off the ground to enjoy the view but still see everything that is happening on the beach. The owners were very good with communication. I would definitely recommend. We will be back.

Long Beach Resort Tower 1 603

THIS PROPERTY WAS AMAZING !!! The condo was super clean and the view was great !!The floor to ceiling windows in every room was fantastic!! Beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook meals. This place is close to many restaurants and next door to Pineapple Willy’s and you can just walk on the beach to get there 2 minutes max. The sunsets at night from the balcony are breathtaking!! The complimentary beach chair service was a huge plus !! Donny kept in great communication and was very easy to work with. CAN’T WAIT TO GO BACK !!

Beach Getaway

The condo was as described and very comfortable with lots of small touches which made it feel more like home (plentiful white fluffy bath towels, extra blankets and pillows, multiple coffee makers, kitchen tools, books, some games, etc). This is not a sterile rental property. This condo had thought put into it which we appreciated so much. We absolutely loved the layout with each bedroom having access to the balcony. The floor plan was great for being able to be up early or late on the balcony and not disturb someone staying in the other bedroom. The floor to ceiling windows provide amazing ocean views. For those who like to sleep in, the rooms have blackout curtains. The parking lot is fenced and directly next to the building (not across the street like some properties in PCB.) It is also gated with security who checks every car going into the lot. We liked walking to Sunrise Cafe for casual breakfast - try the Belgian waffle! It's a quick walk from the street side or the beach to Pineapple Willies (visible from the balcony.) The closest "foodie" place is probably The Craft bar who had some good burgers and cocktails (we ended up at happy hour on burger night and got a nice meal and value!) Check out Boricuba for some good Cuban food and coffee. Walmart is very close by and also walkable. We did not have any issues during our stay but had a few questions and Donny was extremely quick to reply and very friendly. We would love to come back and stay again.

We stayed for 7 nights and found the condo to be in a much different condition than we expected upon arrival.While the location was convenient for our trip, the cleanliness of the unit was disappointing. We found trash beneath the sofa bed when looking for linens, hair inside a bathroom drawer, dirty light switches and other surfaces throughout and a bathtub that required cleaning before use. We also found a pillow that appeared to have blood staining and had been returned to the bed. We also noticed some maintenance issues, including damaged curtains, rusted air vents, and cracked sinks.We documented our concerns with photos and shared them with the owner. Although he responded, the overall condition of the condo left us feeling that routine cleaning and inspection between guests may not be receiving the attention they should.Every traveler has different standards and priorities, but after our experience, we would encourage future renters to ask detailed questions about cleaning and maintenance procedures before booking.

Susan I would first like to offer my apologies that you were dissatisfied with the cleanliness of my condo. With that said I have one of the best cleaners in the business as 99% of my reviews will show but nobody is perfect. She cares so much that she leaves her personal cell phone number on a card clearly insight stating that if you have any issues to please call her direct so she can handle any issues that my guest may have. I clearly asked you to do that simply because thats how she prefers to handle things. I assumed that was what you did as I never heard anything back from you. For that I will not apologize. Again I am sorry that you were not a happy guest as we strive to have 100% satisfaction. Thanks Donny Dukes owner

Great time In Panama City Beach!

Overall we enjoyed our time there. One thing that took me by surprise is how many restaurants/bars were closed because it was out of season. We are drinkers and like to have fun places within walking distance. None of their websites had any indication they were not going to be open during our stay. (This is certainly no fault of the property owner but something to research wherever you are going) We would definitely stay here again if he'll have us!

Excellent Condo and Owner

Condo was beautiful and matched online photos. Resort as a whole was well maintained and the beach and ocean views can't be beat. Great experience. Would recommend to future renters.

Wonderful Week!!

We had a wonderful vacation staying at this unit. Initially there was a small hiccup but Donny quickly made it right. He was so easy to get in touch with and his follow up was wonderful. I felt like he really cared if we enjoyed our stay. The amount of kitchen supplies was fantastic as we cook a fair amount during the week. The beds are super comfy and we never ran out of hot water with 4 girls taking showers. The TV’s are smart TV’s and everything worked properly. We love Long Beach and will be booking this unit again for summer break! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!
