En vägg med fönster i sovrum och vardagsrum / matsalareal fångar fantastisk utsikt över Emerald Coast. Få tillgång till den överdimensionerade balkongen från antingen sovrum eller vardagsrum för att njuta av soluppgångar, solnedgångar eller bara för att koppla av och läsa en bra bok. Beautiful Condo and Fabulous View of the Gulf

We had an excellent vacation at Long Beach Resort PCB Florida in this beautiful condo. The condo was very clean, well maintained and had everything needed to make us feel at home. The king bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable and the master ensuite bathroom is very tastefully decorated with a stand alone vanity and a large walk-in shower. Maureen is easy to reach and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely stay here again!

Panama City beach penthouse condo

Lovely condo! Really enjoyed the space and balcony to relax and enjoy the beautiful beach and gulf! The only downside to the condo was in bathroom with 2 queen beds. Cabinetry and woodwork need to be updated! Whirlpool drain was clogged, but I used plunger to help water drain a little faster. Condo was beautifully decorated!👍 Very much appreciated the security on the property and in the building!!!!

Don’t Recommend

Let me start off by saying, I’m a frequent VRBO’er and I have NEVER had to write a review like this. Unfortunately, I can confidently say, of all of the places I’ve stayed (6+ in PCB alone) this was, by far, the worst of my experiences. Which is a particularly tough pill to swallow, because this was also the most expensive. Heres the breakdown: Condo: Layout and View get 5 stars - perhaps best I’ve seen so far. Love that both bedrooms had gorgeous views with giant windows. Patio was also exceptional. Unfortunately, we could barely use it - because our the unit next to us was CONSTANTLY smoking skunk weed on our neighboring balcony. Cleanliness gets 3 stars. It had clearly been cleaned before we arrived and appeared in good condition. HOWEVER, we found a cockroach in the kitchen and dishes that were out away completely unwashed. EW. We shared this feedback w the VRBO contact and were literally told (by the maintenance contact who showed up unannounced) “We can’t inspect every dish.” And “It’s just a Palmetto bug.” *Yeah, Google that. TLDR; It’s a cockroach. Customer Service gets 1 star. A couple of reasons: I sent 2 “I’m getting so excited, quick question: are there ____ in the condo” before the trip and got curt “no, there isn’t.” responses. There was a hurricane approaching while we were there and we received zero outreach (expressing concern, sharing protocols, etc) about it. I finally reached out to ask if there was anything we needed to know/do and got a “it’s probably going to miss us” in response. When “Palmetto bug” guy stopped by to mansplain the roach situation, I asked if there were trash bags anywhere, and he informed us that they intentionally do not offer more than the original trash bag in the can. And justified it by saying, “but we buy the good toilet paper.” I understand not supplying necessities in bulk. But, an extra trash bag or two wouldn’t break the bank - and perhaps would help with the bug situation. 🤷‍♀️ I asked about potential refunds due to cutting our trip short (due to the hurricane - but exasperated by our experience otherwise), and we heard NOTHING back. Zero. Totally ghosted. In short, I can not recommend this place. Maybe there are other units here not managed by this individual (Maureen). I’d suggest going that route - or check out somewhere else altogether.

Beautiful Condo with Amazing views

The condo was decorated wonderfully and our family really enjoyed our stay. The balcony was a great size and provided amazing views. The giant windows in the bedrooms were amazing where we could wake up each day with a great view of the ocean. The condo was overall clean, the master shower could use some attention to the grout and caulking. I notified the property manager that the check in code email I received showed the code ending before our stay was up and she said she adjusted and we still were locked out, thank goodness one of us was still in the condo.

Fantastic Gulf-front Unit

Could not be any happier with our stay at Long Beach RESORT! We Have stayed in multiple locations throughout PCB over the years and this by far was our favorite. Unit was exactly as described, all the amenities from kitchen items, bath, games, TV & WI-FI included beach chairs and gated parking was a plus. Have struggled with elevators in the past at other resorts but NOT here. Very quick to get to the penthouse unit we rented and the luggage racks to bring items up and down were plenty and easily accessible. Will definitely be back!

I like the Resort but notice some of the listings that show the furniture is old.

The condo was okay but was shocked that the furniture showed many stains and in the bathroom the ceilings tiles had been opened. We just closed them. Due to the amount we paid this should have been checked. The cleaning company left a spot on the living room floor with dust and mirrors were not clear. The mattress is worn in the main bedroom with a little sinkage. I loved being on the 14 floor and we overlooked this and enjoyed ourselves.
