Shoreham Towers I Àr en exklusiv, unik byggnad vid havet i Crescent Beach-delen av North Myrtle Beach.

Vi tar stor omsorg och glÀdje av att underhÄlla och uppdatera vÄra fem hem - Shoreham Towers I (VRBO 114270) och Shoreham Towers II (VRBO 116213, 116219, 87388, 223696)
Vi anvĂ€nder inte en byrĂ„. Ägaren, Margaret Williams, vill prata med alla första hyresgĂ€ster. Renlighet Ă€r högsta prioritet.

Denna enhet Àr vackert möblerad och utrustad med mÄnga bekvÀmligheter och bekvÀmligheter i hemmet. Möbler hÄlls i gott skick och madrasser Àr av högsta kvalitet. Vi erbjuder rengöring för avresa och sÀngklÀder. Sovrum Àr kung i herre, drottning i andra, tvillingar i tredje. Vi har andra enheter med kung / drottning / drottning.

FÄ husÀgare i byggnaden hyr, sÄ stranden Àr inte trÄngt som pÄ de stora orterna. Poolen, uteplatsen och grillplatserna Àr vackert utformade. VÄr lÀgenhet erbjuder njutningen av en semester vid havet med bekvÀmligheter i hemmet.

Hemmet har fyra tv-apparater, DVD och gratis Wi-Fi höghastighetsinternet. Det finns gott om parkering och en sÀker lobby. Grilla, picknickomrÄde och badrum vid poolen. SoporrÀnnor finns pÄ varje vÄning.

Uthyrning sker frÄn lördag till lördag. Vi Àr ett icke-rökare villa, och denna policy gÀller Àven balkongomrÄdet. Inga husdjur, inga motorcyklar tillÄtna pÄ fastigheten. Endast vuxna över 25 och familjer.

Nice clean condo, beautiful views

The condo was clean, fully stocked, comfy beds, nice washer/dryer and vacuum. Wonderful ocean views. Needs new linens though as ours had some nasty looking stains on them. Downside: Palmetto bugs! We encountered 3 large palmetto bugs/American cockroaches in the unit on the 1st night. Our kids were crying and scared and I was not happy they were inside. I called Mrs. Williams because we’ve NEVER had those in ANY condo we’ve rented before. She was on it. Called for a fumigator who came the next day (which was a Sunday of a holiday weekend). So glad he came, we found a couple dead the next day. Had another one in the front bedroom 2 nights later because we forgot to close the balcony glass door although the screen door was closed. Had Raid this time. Turns out, they can enter through the screen doors, so we had to keep the doors shut by nightfall and thus didn’t get to enjoy evenings out on the nice balcony because of them. We kinda got freaked out by them since we don’t such large roaches in OH and were constantly looking at the ceilings and on the floors in the event that we let one in accidentally. Not the owners fault of course, but just something to keep in mind. It was rather unnerving.

We absolutely loved this condo and ocean. The place has everything you need. Very Very Clean, with alot of personal touches, including mints, extra tooth brushes, q-tips, everything you need in the kitchen and laundry. Even the building and elevator were very clean. Smaller building that was not crowded. We have been coming to the area for 5 years, and this has been our favortie.

Everything was Perfect!

My family of 5 just returned to Chicago after staying a week in this condo. The location was great, nice and quiet, but close to everything you need. The beach was not crowded. The condo was immaculate, well stocked with everything you need, and the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in. Host/Margaret was excellent and easy to reach with any questions we had. I will definitely be recommending to friends and family

Wonderful stay

Had a wonderful time relaxing and enjoying the beach after Christmas. Even with the cold winds coming off the ocean, we stayed cozy & warm viewing the beach from our accommodations. Direct access to the beach for a walk was nice.

Excellent Rental

The rental is exactly as advertised. The location was ideal for the golf courses and restaurants we played and ate at. The kitchen has all the necessities we required for home cooking. It is sufficiently roomy with plenty of seating, a great ocean view along with good cable and internet service. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Our landlord, Margaret, was quick to respond to any questions I had.

A Wonderful Vacation Stay

Our family has stayed at Shoreham Towers for several years for our yearly beach trip, and it never disappoints! The property was by far the most clean property I have ever stayed at. Overall the property was clean, comfortable, & pretty quiet. The owner was responsive & very friendly. There was a lot of small things included that have never been included in a condo rental for us before, like soap, some seasonings, just small things that really added up to a very nice stay.
