Denna enhet har totalrenoverats från nya utemöbler, ny dekor, ny säng, matta, fräscha väggar och nya möbler. Det var en stucco reparation på utsidan av vår byggnad. Det är nu klart. Alla våra pooler är öppna och gästerna njuter av dem. Vår låsbox är reparerad och fungerar korrekt. Madrasser har bytts ut. Ocean blvd. begravde verktygslinjer som är komplett. Vi tillhandahåller endast en startuppsättning toalettpapper, pappershanddukar, tvål, diskmedel och sopor.

Denna populära tvåstads lyxiga havsfront byggnad erbjuder en lat flod, en pool vid havet, uppvärmd inomhuspool, barnpool, 2 över stora badkar i havet, en träning / gym, höghastighetsinternet, separat matsal, utomhusbord på balkong, fullt utrustat kök, inbyggd mikrovågsugn, radiant spisstuga, frukost bar, bra storlek vardagsrum med en queen size bäddsoffa, BRAND NEW LARGE FLAT SCREEN TV, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, granit bänkskivor, keramiska kakelgolv och stora utanför lagringsenheter för strandartiklar. Sovrummet har en king size säng, stor walk in closet, med en privat badrum med dubbla handfat, bubbelpool trädgård badkar, separat dörr till Ocean Front balkong och walk in closet. Det andra sovrummet har två sängar queen size med en intilliggande hall bad.

Framför Crescent Shores finns parasailing, jet skiduthyrning och bananbåt. Varje enhet har varit professionellt inredda ..

Vi är några minuter från Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Alabama Theatre, Alligator Adventure, Championship Golfbanor, en offentlig Country Club på Barefoot Resort och bara en kort bilresa från många Putt Putt kurser, Broadway på stranden, NASCAR, Myrtle Waves Water Park , och Dixie Stampede Theatre.

Everything was just as we wanted. Beautiful ocean view, nice big swimming pool, close to things we wanted to be far enough away it wasn’t crowded. A perfect trip, just entirely to short!

I have stayed in a lot of condos in the Myrtle Beach area. This was a nice condo and I would stay at it again. The only disappointment was small things... no kitchen Staples whatsoever. No spices of any kind including simple salt and pepper shakers. No Kleenex and only a couple rolls of toilet tissue. Every condo I've ever stayed at has had at least a minimum of these items. I was also surprised there was no kind of "to go" coffee mugs with lids. I would just make sure I brought these items along next time as I would stay here again.

This condo was great! Perfect location, great beach access, and great views. Plenty of room. Only issue we had was the queen beds in the second bedroom were very uncomfortable. Would highly recommend.

Very nice!

The condo was really nice! It was so nice to have the beach right here and always pleasant to listen to the waves. The kitchen could use some pots and maybe a cookie sheet, but we made do with what we had and cooked dinner a couple times. We didn’t know there was a bike fest starting while we were here. The engines and the radios were so loud! The place is very nice and just about any store or restaurant is within a short drive.

We had a wonderful, relaxing time. We had just lost a sister weeks before, and needed some time to recover. We were not disappointed. Highly recommend this property.

Anniversary Vacation

We had a great stay. The condo looked just like it did in the photos. The condo was clean and we didn’t have any problems. All three elevators are working now (this was a problem that was mentioned in previous reviews for this condo). We would stay in this condo again.

Excellent location

The photos were very accurate in presenting this beautiful space. We loved the location and particularly enjoyed the large balcony. The check-in process was much smoother than what we've experienced at other places. The blinds in the bedroom were in bad shape, but otherwise all was great. The pool/lazy river were also delightful. We'd go back!

Vacation stat

The condo was as describe. The balcony was wonderful and had plenty of seating for our family. The property was well maintained with plenty of staff keeping things clean around the pool and lobby. Elevators ran great, everyone checks in at the same time so the lot and elevators were busy, but it was just at that time. We really enjoyed our condo, the property, and the beach. We would stay again.

Crowded

Property and condo were nice. Just as advertised. We had an unfortunate event that left us no water for 2 days in our unit.We had to find a place to stay for the night ,at our cost. Jeff was very helpful and did refund 2 nights of the trip. He also went out of his way to have a second plummer fix the issue. Unfortunately it did sort of mess up our week getaway, not anyones fault just bad luck. Only issue we had with the stay was beach was extremely crowded all day as well as the pool and lazy river. It was nice and great location. Just not for us a party of 6 we were only able to get in pool and find a chair late in the evening, right before pool closed and had to get your spot on the beach really early like 8am. Just way too populated for us on a vacation. We like Myrtle ,but if you need a less populated beach and pool this isnt the place for you.

Started Off Rough

When we checked in at 4:30, our rental had not been cleaned - bathrooms were dirty, beds had not been changed. I called Hollie and she immediately sent out a crew, so my husband and I left for an hour or so. When we returned, the bathrooms were clean, but there was no toilet paper and no paper towels. I called Hollie again and she said she would send someone out with a "starter set." She called back a few minutes later and said that it would be the next day before the paper goods could be delivered. They never were. Also, the beds had not been changed by the cleaning crew. The dirty linens had been removed, and the clean linens were left at the foot of the beds. I don't expect an owner to stock their rental with everything renters will need for a week; however, I do expect paper towels and toilet paper, at least a few rolls. I don't expect to have to put sheets on the bed, either. There should be basic cleaning products in the kitchen and bathrooms- some Windex and Comet would do. Even on vacation, sometimes you need to sanitize the kitchen sink or clean raw chicken juice off the counter. There was no dishwashing liquid and only one garbage bag – the one in the can. As far as the condo goes, it is very nice, and the views are amazing. The vertical blinds with missing slats were annoying and made it difficult to sleep past sunrise. Blackout curtains would be a great solution. I expected this experience to be top-notch because of all the information I received beforehand - I have several documents detailing fines that have to be paid if the renter does something wrong. Fines if you lose a key, lose a parking pass, try to check in early or check out late, or fail to run dishwasher before checking out. Everything in the unit is inventoried before check-in and again after check-out. It's all so negative and threatening that I figured this place would be in tip-top shape and nothing we could need would be overlooked; that they run a tight ship. Instead of a welcoming experience, it felt more like the owners were going to provide nothing more than the bare minimum; but they didn't.

Beautiful place to stay. Great location for eating or shopping. Ice cream place right around the corner. Condo was clean and all the amenities were there. Thanks for letting us stay. We'll be back in the future

The condo was not as clean as I would have preferred. The counter was sticky, there was crumbs on the couch which was dirty and the floor, there was mold in the shower, hair gobbed in the bath tub filter and along the side of the tub. The carpet in the living room was all bent so that there was creases to trip on. Other then that we had a wonderful time.
