Bara ½ mil till sceniska Maxwell Falls och Cub Creek Trailhead, nära historiska centrum Evergreen som har en mängd restauranger, bryggerier, shopping och sjöaktiviteter. Red Rocks och Mount Evans ligger inom en halv timmes bilresa !! Uber är nu tillgänglig.

Rymden: det här är hela den nedre nivån på en vacker fjällstuga, ca 850 kvadratmeter, med fullständig avskildhet och privat tillgång. Sviten är inrättad för 2 gäster, men kan sova 4 bekvämt med vår utdragbara bäddsoffa. Den rymliga sovrumssuiten har en king size-säng med eget badrum. Det helt nya köket är utrustat med ett utbud, mikrovågsugn, diskmaskin och kylskåp. Också tillhandahålls en kaffebryggare och brödrost. Mountains sanctuary

Wonderful Home

We stayed 4 nights here and our stay was very relaxing and perfect! The scenery was beautiful in Evergreen! Udo, the owner, was very helpful prior to our stay and was immediate in our communication! The home was spotless and very well maintained! The huge TV was great and the king bed was nice! We had everything needed and we thank Udo for the wonderful time spent in his home!

Best price and Best place in Evergreen

My hubby and I needed a place to stay near our grandkids during Spring Break . I chose this place over others in Evergreen and we are so glad we did!! It was very nice and very reasonably priced. The King bed was so comfortable! Everything was just as pictured! It was more spacious than I expected! Super nice and comfy! Fireplace was a big plus! Beautiful views were also an added plus. The lighting was my husband’s favorite since he’s an electrician 😜 It has a warm, soothing feel at night. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful views

My best friend and I loved our stay in this beautiful property. The room had everything we needed, like towels, a mini fridge, dishes, and snacks. Everything was clean and nicely put. The views were amazing! This was my first time visiting Colorado, and all I can say is I'm glad it was Evergreen. We couldn't get enough of the snowy mountains. Overall I would recommend this room to anyone visiting Evergreen, Udo and Margarite were so sweet and caring! They made us feel very welcome.

Mountain stay

The property was just what I needed. I was in transition from corporate housing until we settled on our house in a local town. Although I didn’t stay mini nights, my extended-stay was great. The property was clean for kitchen lovely sitting area and wonderful views. Access was easy even in winter and enjoyed the drive looking at the lights during the Christmas season. I would recommend this to anyone looking to be in the mountains but close to Evergreen.

Excellent base camp, for exploring the Southern Utah area

Very spacious and clean. High end everything. Small subdivision feel, end of town. Beautiful views to the north (front of house), southern view, no so much, except for in the distance.

The Perfect Mountain Escape

First off, the Property Owners are lovely people who made the stay even more enjoyable. The Property is nestled on the side of Forested hills, where on our first day we saw Deer walking around, and a fox passed thru the next day. The location is ideal for getting into town- Evergreen- quickly to enjoy the Lake, shops and Restaurants. Also the Trail head for Hiking Maxwell Falls is very close to the Property. The House is Cozy, beautifully decorated with plenty of room with a comfortable bed and great Shower. Staying there will be one of my fondest travel memories.

Loved the decor

The basement apt is decorated very interesting and I enjoyed it. Many books and tv choices. There are people upstairs, obviously, but we didn't hear much as the night went on, which was lovely of them. I also liked the scent used in the area...smelled nice. It was too dark in there, even with blinds open and all the lights on., especially the kitchen/bedroom, located in the back where there are no windows. We brought food to cook and there wasn't any baking dishes/sheets for oven. Unfortunately, we encountered white tufts of dog hair, two large ants, a couple of big house flys and two spiders. As well as a glob of what appeared to be drying blood on the floor by trash receptacle in the bathroom. They just need to have it sprayed for bugs and cleaned a bit more thoroughly. Otherwise, it'd be fine for most.

Beautiful setting, Great Hosts

This home was very clean and comfortable, exactly as pictured. The setting is beautiful. The owners live on the upper level and it was wonderful to have them so close to answer our questions. The power went out one morning and our host showed up at the door with a pot of hot coffee and a plate of biscotti!

What a beautiful, charming, and quiet place to enjoy a weekend! My boyfriend and I were in Evergreen to see a concert at Red Rocks and this place was everything we could have wanted and more. Such amazing hosts (who give good recommendations on hikes) and if you like nature, this is a great place to stay. Comfortable living space, fireplace, and kitchen were all we needed. The TV was perfect for movies after long days of hiking. Highly recommend!

Beautiful basement apartment, but too much noise from upstairs

Our host was very nice, and quickly dealt with an issue that came up while we were there, but the noise from the hosts who live upstairs was just too much for us, especially in the morning after a late night out for us. It sounded like they stomped around everywhere they went. Very nice people, but the noise was just too disturbing for us. It’s very clean, and nicely decorated, with a comfortable bed and furniture, and plenty to see and do in the area.
