Conifer är den perfekta platsen för att komma bort från stressen i staden. Wildlife watching abounds och utomhusaktiviteter är bara några minuter bort. Staunton State Park ligger bara några miles bort. Njut av guldmedaljöringfiske på South Platte River. Spela skivgolf eller gå på zipfodral på Beaver Ranch. Rocky Mountain Park, gudarnas trädgård, eller Black Hawk och Central Citys spelutflykter är enkla dagsutflykter. Jag skulle gärna välkomna dig för att placera jag är välsignad att ringa hem.

Du kommer att bo i den lägre nivån i mitt hem. Den har en separat ingång. Det finns en king size-säng i sovrummet och två tvillingar i det andra sovrummet. Det finns ett badrum med badkar och dusch combo. Det finns ett pentry med mikrovågsugn, brödrost och kaffekanna och det finns en grill ute.

Altitude Adjustment

Cozy, quiet, comfortable setting high in the Rockies with endless views of surrounding peaks and valleys. Very accommodating and pleasant hostess.

Stay at altitude adjustment

Deb was very nice to work with. The rooms were just what we were looking for, and very comfortable. Took a walk on the property and it was beautiful to see the trees. I took a lot of pictures of the scenery, aspens, evergreens and rocks. Thank you so much Deb

Needs many property improvements.

We didn’t even get to the inside. This place gave me anxiety. There was a broken down vehicle in the yard, the yard was grown up. The view in the picture was not the view we saw. We also got a screw in our tire and had a flat, we had to buy a new tire because it was in the side. She did appear to be painting the outside but this place doesn’t need guest until it is fixed up. We didn’t stay!

It is in an interesting location. Hard to get into the driveway. Junk car and materials in the he yard. Path to the lower level is not poor. It would help to keep the weeds down.

The trip up to this house was a bit scary the first time, but well worth it. The views were amazing. The house and the deck were very comfortable.

Amazing View @ 8600ft

Deb is a great host. She came and met with us on day 2, gave great suggestions for places to visit during our stay. We were in town for my daughters 21st, a college visit @UCCS & Avett Brothers @ the Red Rocks! This home has amazing views from the deck, we even had some deer visit us while having our morning coffee! We saw elk most nights in a field as you are on your way up to the property. There are awesome little towns like Morrison and Evergreen near by. Conifer has everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay. We fit my 3 daughters and my wife & myself very comfortably. King bed was very comfortable, and the kids (19, 19 & 21) didn’t complain about their room. There is a comfy couch with a tv in the main room, with a small dorm type fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. We brought a Ninja Foodi to help cook some meals as well as the use of the grill. There is also a washer and dryer! Just a caution while pulling into the driveway it is a sharp turn if you are turning right into the driveway, it is worth passing the driveway and approach so you can enter from the northwest you’ll see the driveway best. I would recommend this property if you want something different than the run of the mill hotel, this is a nice drive up the mountain and has great views day in and day out. Denver is about 45 min, Morrison is about 30 min. Town of Conifer is 10 min. We will for sure visit Deb again when we come back into town. I told Deb this morning that her property ruined any chance we’ll get a hotel in the area again, it would just be so plain compared to all you get from Deb’s home!

The area was peaceful and quiet. Lots of hiking options close by and Evergreen was only a short distance away. The living space was clean and well kept. The refrigerator is very “mini”, so I recommend bringing a large cooler.

Midweek booking for Red Rocks

Deb's house is very secluded and quiet. The location is close enough (by car) to many satellite cities of Denver; Red Rocks included. We saw elk and smaller mountain creatures around the mountain roads leading to Deb's house. There is also a nice boutique in an old barn not far from her home that is worth a visit. A great location for any Colorado activities. Bring a flashlight, the property can be dark.

Great location, comfy bed

Our family of 4 stayed here while visiting my sister who lived in Evergreen. Easy to get to, central location! Deb was great communicator, and beds were clean and comfy!

Lovely nature getaway

Deb was a perfect host. She was responsive to questions and requests. She has outfitted the place with nice amenities like popcorn, coffee and plenty of blankets. We were even able to work from there while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Very local to all sorts of activities...hiking, Denver, Boulder, and we even got a Rockies game in.. will certainly come back.

Very scenic

Pleasant place to stay. Beautiful area, I just recommend arriving during daylight hours. It has a small fridge if you need to keep something cool and a microwave if you want to heat something up. It is great for a group of 4 people to stay.

Great Owner

It was very remote! Would have been a nice place to stay, however, due to a family illness, when we arrived, we immediately had to leave to go to an Urgent Care. Deb was totally understanding and did refund us a portion of our payment because "Life Happens". Great Owner to work with. We really appreciated her kindness and understanding of our situation.
