Detta är en SKI IN och SKI OUT, två sovrum, enfamiljshus som är fullt möblerad komplett med en privat sex personer badtunna. När du har tagit fram dina skidor och snowboards från det säkra skåpet som ligger precis utanför ytterdörren, är det mindre än 20 sekunder till Fair Dinkum ski run! Om några minuter är du redan vid Morrisey Express-stolen och väntar på att starta din underbara dag i sluttningarna.

Det finns en LCD-TV och stereo i vardagsrummet och en annan LCD-TV och DVD i det andra sovrummet. Du har två badrum och ett välutrustat gourmetkök komplett med ett urval av kryddor. Vi har också en mängd olika DVD-skivor, böcker och brädspel för din njutning. Det finns också en tvättmaskin och torktumlare med eget badrum. Vi har också en säker WiFi-nätverksinställning om du vill skicka dina bilder på din fantastiska dag i sluttningarna till dina "olyckliga" vänner.

Efter din dag i sluttningarna kan du koppla av i badtunnan eller sitta framför spisen och njuta av den hisnande utsikten över Sundance Mountain och Mount Tod. Vi ligger bara några minuter från byn och ännu närmare skridskobanan.

Amazing!!

Perfect location for our family vacation. Very comfortable apartment and the hot tub was awesome after a long day of skiing. We really loved the ski in, ski out accessibility and came back for lunch each day. A well equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals for my family. Excellent communication with the host. We had the best week!!

Great Condo

Great property with easy access to the Orient chairlift. Hot tub awesome after day of skiing. 15min easy walk into main village along picturesque trail. Suitable for family of five with kids bunking in together. Well stocked kitchen and well heated throughout.We didn’t have a car which made garbage disposal over extended trip a bit challenging was only downside.

Great ski holiday

Our family of four comes to Sun Peaks each year for a ski holiday and this was truly the best place we have stayed. Loved the ski in, ski out convenience, private hot tub, well thought out details and well stocked home. We would definitely stay here again.

An excellent ski-in/ski-out condo in beautiful Sun Peaks

Our family of three stayed in this condo for a week in March 2025. The condo was very spacious, cosy and comfy, clean and stocked with all the necessities. A huge hot tub on the balcony was absolutely amazing! The ski locker located right by the entrance, although being outside, was warm enough for the skis to dry out overnight. The location couldn't have been better. Located in Settlers Crossing complex, this condo is in Building 1 which is looking right to a ski run. So getting from the front door to the slopes was just 20-30 footsteps, and getting back - we were able to ski straight to the door! Craig, the owner, was very nice and responsive.The only thing I wanted to mention is that the condo is on the lower floor, so there is another one above. It looks like the owners of that unit replaced carpets with hardwood, and “horse races” of the folks above often disrupted our rest even before 7am. It's a minor issue, but, if you are sensitive to noise, just know what to expect.

Great Condo

We loved our visit to Sun Peaks. This was our second time staying in this condo. It’s in the best location to the ski slopes, just a few steps out the door and you’re putting your skis on and heading to Morrisey. I like being able to sit by the fire and watch my kids play on the hill in the backyard. Very clean and comfortable stay. The owner was quick to respond and easy to work with. Would visit again.

Third time round. Already planning next year!

Love the convenience of ski in/ski out, not to mention the hot tub, well-equipped kitchen. Still bothers me that we're penalised if we don't take out all our garbage after paying a sizeable cleaning fee. That's my only gripe. We'll be back!

Splendid Sun Peaks

This was our 6th time out at Sun Peaks, first 1st time at Settler's Crossing #5. Great condo with an excellent ski/in out loaction to both the Orient and Morrisey chair lifts. Condo is well equipped for all your needs and the view of Sundance and Tod Mountain from the hot tub is a perfect way to end a big day of skiing!! We will be back!!

Comfortable and Great ski in/out location

The condo was comfortable with easy access to the Morrisey and Orient chair lifts. Both owner and property manager were accessible and easy to communicate with. To enhance guest comfort, the condo would benefit from minor repairs to toilets and replacing shower curtains. This was communicated to owner and property manager who were quick to respond and are addressing the issue. Overall, it was good stay and consider renting the condo again in the future.

Love this place! We'll be back!

Our second year staying here and will likely return in 2024 again. Love the ski in/ski out feature. Just always feel at home right away. Well stocked kitchen and how we love the hot tub! Couldn't understand the extra charge for garbage while there's a hefty cleaning fee. No instructions where to take it. Otherwise everything perfect! Thanks again.

Great experience

Craig is a great host; very accommodating and helpful. The unit is ski-in/ski-out but a bit tricky depending on conditions. It’s great for 2 or 4 but a bit tight on storage units for your clothes & gear. We were only 2 so we spread out! Kitchen really well equipped. The hot tub is wonderful! Thank you for a great holiday.

Wonderful spacious mountain view condo

We had a marvelous relaxed stay at this spacious clean bright two bed two bath condo. A cooks kitchen which was well stocked with good quality dishes, cutlery, pots and pans etc. Very good layout for two adults and three teen kids. Everyone had a place to hang out. View from the mountainside windows and hot hub were wonderful. Communication with Craig was very good. No complaints! Would definitely rebook here! Well-deserved time off at a wonderful place!

Loved this place! Clean. Well-stocked. Well-placed. The whirlpool was a plus! Truly a ski-in/ski-out location and not too far from town. Nice and quiet (depending on heavy-footed upstairs neighbours. lol) Thanks for the quick answers to questions beforehand. We hope to return next year! ps. We choose this condo unit because of all the great facilities that Sun Peaks has to offer to families. With such a wide variety of activities to choose from, we shall never have 'nothing to do'!!!
Sun Peaks is not only a great mountain resort to ski (snowboard) on but it has so many activities that the whole family can enjoy.

This is a SKI IN and SKI OUT, two-bedroom, end unit condominium that is fully furnished complete with a private six-person hot tub. After retrieving your skis and snowboards from the secure locker located right outside the front door, it is less than 20 seconds to the Fair Dinkum ski run! In a few minutes, you are already at the Morrisey Express Chair waiting to start your wonderful day on the slopes.
