Ny stollyftning för december 2018 gör det möjligt för gästerna att åka in / ut till alla tre bergen i Kanadas näst största skidområde!

In / ut, 2 sovrum med privat bubbelpool, ett bad, slutenhet med varm parkettgolv, uppvärmda kakelgolv i kök och bad och en mysig gaspanna i det ljusa öppna vardagsrummet med sydlig exponering. Detta hem erbjuder ett skidskåp vid ingången, ett uppvärmt parkeringshus och hustvätt. En täckt däck med grill och bubbelpool ger utsikt över Mt. Tod.

Inbäddat mellan 16: e fönstret i Graham Cooke-designade golfbana och spårväg till längdskidspår, erbjuder detta hem i "Settlers Crossing" enkel tillgång till fyra säsongsrekryter och närliggande restauranger, shopping och nöjen i "Canadas alpinby" .

Sovrum 1 har en queen size-säng och eget badrum, medan i Sovrum 2 har en våningssäng med en dubbel och enkelsäng. Det andra rummet har sin egen TV / Wii / XBOX vilket gör det till en utmärkt plats för barnen att umgås. Det finns totalt 2 TV-apparater. TELUS Optik TV erbjuder en mängd olika kanaler. Trådlöst internet finns också.

En kort 10 min promenad till byn ger möjligheter att shoppa, matsal, bada i utomhuspoolen och åka skridskor på den nybyggda NHL-skridskobana. Tillsammans med skidåkning / snowboard finns det många andra aktiviteter som snöskor, slädtur, vandring, cykling, paddling, kajakpaddling, paddla boarding och golf som finns i årets utväg.

Resa utan bil? Plocka upp och släppa kan ordnas med en 6 passagerare minibuss från Kamloops till Sun Peaks och tillbaka på begäran. $ 150 CAD varje sätt för högst 5 passagerare och bagage. Tillgänglighet är 3-9 på vardagar och när som helst på helgerna.

perfect place for Sun Peaks

This was the best place we have stayed at Sun Peaks - the attention to detail, the layout of the place and the proximity to ski in/ski out were ideal...we will be back!

Perfect ski trip

Stayed four nights with my daughter for a ski trip. Condo was perfect - great ski in/out location, well serviced hot tub, heated and covered parking, everything we needed in the kitchen.

As, or better, than expected

Pretty straight forward review. Clean and well furnished. Location for ski in and out was better than expected. Parking was convenient. Owner provided videos showing arrival are great.

Great Ski In/Out Condo

Wonderful two week stay! Really clean, bright and comfortable unit on the lower level. The kitchen is well stocked with basics like tin foil/plastic wrap, paper towels, lots of dishes and good quality pots and pans. There is a ski locker out front. No complaints and we hope to return.

Amazing Location

Great ski in and out access from the unit with an incredible view. Was a very spacious and cozy unit with everything being as per described in overview. Would definitely stay at this unit again.

Best Ski Holiday

A wonderful place to stay and Blair was so helpful, thank you so much. Well equiped with everything we needed. The shuttle stops right here though it's only a 10 minute walk to the village. Easy access to the Orient Lift and Morrisey Express so true ski in ski out!

Convenient, comfortable and relaxing

Blair and Suzanne were great hosts and their house was the perfect setup for me my wife and our two boys. We went skiing every day and returned to the house for lunch then soaked in the hot tub every night. Thanks for a wonderful time!

Very homey and sweet condo!

Terrific place! Clean & very comfortable! The only bummer was we had to haul the garbage out because the dump was closed when we went by so we had to take it all the way to Kamloops. It seems like the garbage should be part of the cleaning fee. Other than that it was great.

Hot tub water was cloudy and low on chemicals was the only small thing that the hot tub person should be on top off. Great place. Also if you never have been there the unit number needs to be given to renters as tjere are lots of similar places in same complex

Very clean, updated and comfortable ( homey)!

What a wonderful condo Blair and his family have! Ski in and out the the new chair lift the Oreint Express that makes it very easy to get to the rest of the mountain! The condo is warm and cozy that after a day of skiing the hot tub is very inviting! In garage parking was a bonus as we didn’t have to worry about scraping ice and snow in the morning. Blair was in easy contact if needed! Totally booking again in the future!!

A Wonderful Holiday in Sun Peaks

This cozy 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our needs. I was a little worried being a hike from the Village, but the ski in & out worked perfectly. There's also a sweet "Village Trail" that curves through all the different condo properties and along the backside of the ice rink. The accommodations were lovely and the interior decor is actually much better than the photos suggest. Thank you for making available the parking spot and so many racks for boots. We had a lovely time! Little head's up: the sign for the condo development fell off the hooks so it might take a couple passes to find the place.

Great condo!

We had almost given up trying to find a place for New Year in Sun Peaks when we saw the condo posted, as nothing seemed to be available. Booking was super-easy and we had an immediate response to our request . Blair took the time to give us some suggestions when we arrived, which we really appreciated as it was our first time in Sun Peaks (thank you, Blair!). We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teens) and the condo was the perfect size for us - we were all very comfortable, and enjoyed cozying up by the fire after a day on the slopes. We made very good use of the kitchen, which is well-equipped if you choose to eat in. Our first trip to Sun Peaks and we loved it - I'm sure we will be back and would definitely book this condo again!

Cozy Stay

We arrived on NYE and stayed for a week. The place was easy to find and very clean. It was perfect for our family of three. We have a 9 year old. I would say it would be comfortable for up to 5 people. The tub is a plus! There was a tub maintenance guy that stops by daily to check the chemicals. Its a true skin in/out unit as stated. We had an amazing time! Kitchen is well equipped as well. The only easy update I would suggest is the master bedroom pillows and night stand lights as they were not working but it’s just a minor easy improvement that can be made. I would definitely recommend this cozy home & can’t wait to come back! Also Blair response very quickly if you have any questions.
