It is very well connected to Barajas airport, Madrid, the center and all points of interest in Madrid.

Very close to the apartment there are several bus stops and subway stations to reach all the neighborhoods of Madrid.
At 200 m., at the Rubén Darío traffic circle, there is the Metro Line 5 station (Alameda de Osuna-Casa de Campo).
This line takes you to the center of Madrid (Chueca neighborhood, Gran Vía, Plaza de Callao).
It ends at the Casa de Campo, the largest park in Madrid, where there are sports and leisure areas, such as the Zoo, the Amusement Park or the artificial lake, created in the sixteenth century. There are bars and restaurants with terraces. You can practice nautical sports or rent one of its boats.
Nearby bus lines 5 (Puerta del Sol-Sevilla-Estación de Chamartín), 147 (Plaza del Callao - Barrio del Pilar), 40 (Tribunal-Alfonso XIII), 7 (Alonso Martínez -Manoteras), 16 (Intercambiador de Moncloa-Avenida de Pio XII), 61 (Intercambiador de Moncloa-Narváez) go to many destinations.
Walking 8 minutes, in Paseo de la Castellana you will find the stop of the lines 150 (Puerta del Sol/Sevilla-Colonia Virgen del Cortijo), 14 (Conde De Casal-Pío XII), 45 (Legazpi-Reina Victoria), 27 (Embajadores-Interchiador de Plaza De Castilla).
Other highlights:
You can find many stores and restaurants.
At 50 meters there is a public parking lot open 24 hours. There is also the possibility to rent a car space in the Eduardo Dato promenade three minutes away.
Nearby places of interest are: Plaza de Olavide, Plaza de Chamberí, Sorolla Museum, Estación Museo Chamberí (Railway Station) Anden 0, Instituto Valencia de Don Juan (Museum), Plaza de Colón, Biblioteca Nacional, etc.
The penthouse is located a few steps from Paseo del General Campos, a street of less than 900 meters from the Castellana Avenue and Emilio Castelar square to the corner of Santa Engracia street or Iglesia square. This avenue takes us on a cultural and liberal journey during the 19th century.
There are colleges and schools with some gardens and some remarkable houses, starting with that of the brilliant Valencian painter Sorolla, converted into a museum of his work. Also, at number 33, survives the palace of the Marquesa de Oliva, from 120 years ago.
One block above the Sorolla Museum is the British Council, in a classic building where its English school now operates. Further on, at number 14, is the Instituto Escuela belonging to the Institución Libre de Enseñanza -ILE- (Francisco Giner de los Ríos Foundation), which honors one of the founders in 1876 along with a group of professors separated from the Central University of Madrid for defending the freedom of the professoriate, which was forbidden at the time.
After the entry into force of the 1978 Constitution, the Foundation recovered its library and documentary collection, essential for the study of the pedagogical renovation in 20th century Spain.
Since then, it has resumed its activities oriented to various lines of action. In addition, it is in charge of the reconstruction of its library and documentary collection, necessary for the study of the pedagogical renovation in 20th century Spain.
A few meters from Martínez Campos, on Miguel Ángel Street, just behind the José Ortega y Gasset-Gregorio Marañón Foundation, you can visit the International Institute of Madrid, whose construction was completed in 1910, and is currently the headquarters of the American cultural center (official center for the teaching of English). It was founded in 1903, created and directed by the Protestant missionary and educator Alice Gordon Gulick.
The new center was an important educational focus for Spanish women in the following years.
Preparatory courses were created for access to the Escuela Normal de Magisterio, chemistry laboratory and for the Conservatory of Music, given the difficulties for women to access certain university privileges.
Intellectuals such as José Ortega y Gasset, Rafael Altamira, Juan Ramón Jiménez, Ramón Menéndez Pidal, among others, gave lectures in its auditorium.
In 1930 the first courses were organized to prepare librarians and archivists.
But their goals were cut short with the outbreak of war in 1936.
To prevent the properties of the International Institute from being confiscated by the Falange, which had already used some of them to house a group of girls from the Hitler Youth, the United States Ambassador, Carlton Hayes, rented the headquarters on Miguel Angel Street to use the building as an archive.
From 1950 to 1967, the International Institute housed the Colegio Estudio de la ILE, which became a private center in 1940.
The College tried to maintain in Madrid a refuge for liberal education in line with its original principles.
Once again, the then International Institute of Boston placed at their disposal half of the building on Miguel Angel Street without charging rent (they would only have to pay half of the maintenance costs of the house).
A number of professors who had lost their professorships for political reasons found work there.
To prevent the properties of the International Institute from being confiscated by the Falange, the U.S. Ambassador Carlton Hayes rented the headquarters on Miguel Angel Street to use the building as an archive.
In the 1970s, the Institute was on the verge of disappearing when the Boston Corporation voted to close it due to lack of funds. After the crisis, it has continued to pursue its original objectives: cultural exchange between Spain and the United States of America and the education of women; in addition to maintaining its library and organizing and sponsoring colloquia, concerts, seminars and film, arts, humanities, pedagogy, science, technology and social science cycles.
