Villa Thistle Dhu is a privately owned detached villa located on an exclusive development just 350 metres from the best beach in Coral Bay. Corallia Beach is a blue flag beach, with breakwaters, shallow bathing areas providing water sports from the adjacent marina.

A fully air conditioned, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa providing an exceptional standard of accommodation with its own large private swimming pool, everything you could wish for from your holiday getaway in the sun, within walking distance to all amenities.

Villa layout - -The villa is of a single storey construction, perfectly suited to cater for all guests. The villa boasts a large roof terrace, offering private sunbathing with aspects out to sea.
Tastefully furnished to a high standard, offering an open planned living room, dining and kitchen arrangement with patio doors leading out to a large terrace providing a comfortable seating area and alfresco dinning for 6 guests.

The villa is blessed with three double bedrooms, two being en-suite. The Master has a King size bed with its own private balcony overlooking the pool and garden area. The two remaining bedrooms being configured to twin rooms, all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Thistle Dhu has been fitted with new modern smart Air-Conditioning units throughout affording coolth even during the hotter months of the year.

The kitchen is supported with modern Bosch appliance, with a mix of Brabantia and Pro Cook accoutrements, with sufficient cutlery, crockery and glasses to host 10 guests.

Family entertainment is focused around the 8 x 4 Metre private pool, large ground level terrace, roof terrace and the 65” LED Smart TV delivering NETFLIX, AMAZON, IVIEW (Sky) and many more familiar entertainment Apps. The internet is super fast, reaching all extremities of the villa and gardens facilitating streaming on all Ipads etc.

Outdoor areas - The villa offers a mature secure garden, with access/egress being provided by electric security gates. The garden, terrace and pool all provide adequate mood lighting to enhance the evening holiday theme. There are ten sun loungers and cushions split between the roof and pool terrace for those who wish to soak up the Cypriot sunshine.

Thistle Dhu has a full-size BBQ and outside dining area which will ensure alfresco dining and ambience is of a premium.

The close locality of Corallia Beach provides early morning and sunset swims in the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean. There is a convenience store and a clutch of bars providing entertainment within 400 Metres of the villa.

The villa is fitted with solar panels generating hot water and electricity, thus reducing the villa’s carbon footprint as much as possible.

Excellent villa in excellent location

The communication with the owner from the first enquiry, to booking and then the detailed information about the villa prior to our arrival was excellent. The villa also has a helpful and friendly property manager who provided further useful information from his good local knowledge.The villa is in a perfect location for access to shopping and restaurants etc and for beautiful walks along the coast line.We found it had everything we needed for our stay with high end appliances and a lovely welcome pack on arrival. It was clean and beautifully decorated.We loved sitting outside in the patio area for our meals and made good use of the large pool.I would definitely return to this villa and highly recommend it to anyone else

Had an absolutely fantastic time villa, weather and location were all brilliant. Interactions with Manager (James) was always reassuring. Excellent welcome pack and recommendations for loacal eateries were spot on (Legends). Will certainly be looking to return in the future. Will recommend.

A real "Little Heaven"

The property is just lovely, the garden grounds are great and the large swimming pool is ideal. We had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to go back there again. this is very well placed with proximity to local beach, good restaurants and supermarket. One of the best villa rental we did for sure - we are already talking of coming back!

Excellent villa and highly recommended

We had a 2 week stay at this gorgeous, spacious villa. The place was spotless and the welcome goodies of essentials were much appreciated, including the cold beers in the fridge! The property manager came to introduce himself the morning after arrival, and was friendly, helpful and informative. We will definitely be looking to revisit another time.

Gorgeous villa set in lovely grounds with plenty of different seating areas, the roof terrace has amazing views to the sea, the large pool is perfect. The villa has everything you need for a perfect stay and is very comfortable with a homely feel. Welcome pack was a lovely addition, contact with the David the owner and James the property manager was excellent with all the information on the villa, local restaurants, shops etc super helpful. The location was perfect with two local beaches both fantastic and only 15 min walk to Coral Bay strip, and easy access to public transport (615) 2 euros to Paphos which runs every 10-15 mins. Thank you, David, we loved staying at your villa and hope to return soon.

Absolutely amazing first stay in Cyprus

There is nothing that I can say negative regarding our stay! From the first contact with the owner we knew our holiday was going to be fantastic. Dave was amazingly helpful with every question we had and provided all the information we required. He put us in touch with the property manager who was also so helpful. Providing information about all of the local restaurants, shops, delivery service at the local supermarket. Everything making our stay so much easier. The villa is just perfect for families, we travelled with a 8 and 3 year old. The pool was perfect and the villa was large enough for 3 generations without being on top of each other. Location was perfect with two local beaches which were both fantastic. We cannot wait to return to the villa!

Gem of a villa in a stunning location

We’ve just enjoyed our first visit to Cyprus over Easter staying in this beautiful villa to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday with our family.The Villa was perfect, it had everything that we required for our week long stay and so much space. The weather was perfect, mid 20s all week, an ideal temperature for us to walk and explore, both the sea and pool temperature were warmer than our UK sea in August. Our daughters went for lots of morning runs. The villa is situated in a great location for the beach too. We enjoyed food at Arapis beach taverna and two delicious meals at Porto Antico, both have breathtaking views and are a short walk from the villa. It was also nice having a couple of BBQS and spending time at the villa together. We had a fun night at the Japanese too. We hired a car and enjoyed a trip to Pathos Harbour, Aphrodites’ Rock for a swim and two visits to a hidden gem of a beach, a ten minute drive away at Cap St George Resort,the cove and caves are stunning, they even loan out free beach towels & you can grab a drink or snack. Communication from David the owner and James the villa manager was fantastic. We were grateful for all of this information . As we have an evening flight we are currently enjoying a couple more hours at Neptunes Apartments in the sun and for 7 euros for a locker we can use towels and showers for all 5 of us. Thank you, we will definitely recommend this villa and we will return again one day (if David will have us back).

5 star plus

Not a lot I can add to what others have already said. Other than that we have now visited twice and will be back. David the host is a joy to deal with he always gets back to you promptly and is willing to help. He is also backed up by an excellent onsite team. 5 stars is not enough for this villa The villa is located in arguably the best position location in the area. It is super secure behind electric gates and is alarmed. The photographs do not do the fantastic landscaped garden and pool area justice. Internally the villa is home from home and no expense has been spared. All in all you would struggle to find a better villa and location for a peaceful relaxing holiday.

This was our 3rd trip to Coral Bay and we were not disappointed. The villa was amazing for our family with a lovely pool area and gardens. Great communication from David, the owner, and also the villa manager, James. The welcome pack on arrival meant we did not need to rush out to the shops before being able to sit down and enjoy a cuppa 😂. Love the location as it’s a couple of minutes walk to the beach, which is beautiful, as well as being near a little supermarket and Legends bar. We enjoyed the walk into the Main Street of Coral Bay (around 20 mins or you could catch the 615 bus for a couple of Euros from the beach if you didn’t fancy the walk) and found so many choices to eat and drink, which all seemed reasonably priced. We enjoyed Seriani’s Restaurant as the set menu was only €24.50 for 3 courses and the Kleftiko was delicious 😋. The villa is a good size and having 3 full bathrooms was very useful for our party. Great pool and sunbathing area with the added bonus of a roof terrace. In built barbecue in the gardens which is great for dining in evenings. There is a large supermarket in Coral Bay called Philippos which is very well stocked and reasonably priced. They even deliver you and your shopping back for free. Overall, can’t recommend this villa enough and want the thank David and James for a wonderful holiday.

Absolutely stunning villa set in a perfect location in Coral Bay. Highly recommend.

Absolutely stunning villa set in a perfect location in Coral Bay close to bars and restaurants and over the road from the beach. Theirs a path that takes you directly to the main road and beach so you don’t need to walk through the estate. The villa is immaculate well presented and decorated with a welcoming home from home feeling. It’s has three good sizes bedrooms with plenty wardrobe space, two of the bedrooms have an en-suite and there is another separate bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need even an airfyer. Outdoor space has a terrace with a comfortable seating area and a dining table area overlooking a landscape garden area with a BBQ and a pool area. There is also a roof top terrace which has amazing views of the sea. Dave is a great host very helpful and quick to respond to messages. We had no issues during our stay but if you do James is available and gave us some great recommendations of places to visit and local restaurants when we arrived. I would definitely recommend staying here we are a family of five and have three children aged 19, 11 & 10 we all had an amazing time, their was plenty space in the villa for us to chill and also lots for us to do in the area we will be booking up again.

Just returned from our 2 week stay at this lovely spacious villa with absolutely everything you need. There’s really not much I can add that hasn’t already be posted in the other reviews but we loved……. The welcome essentials… much appreciated negating the need for the immediate dash to the local supermarket. Great sized pool, fab for just dunking to cool down or as we did, to swim numerous lengths daily to kid ourselves we were keeping fit. The lovely garden and covered veranda area with ample seating. The Bluetooth speakers are a great addition. Location to beach….literally a 5 min walk. Legends bar and the local supermarket are only a short walk (5-7 mins) as are a choice of 2 bus stops to get you to the strip. One in the car park by the beach or just past the supermarket opposite the hotel. We usually got the bus up and walked back to walk off our meal. The villa really is fully equipped with pretty much everything you could need. David was fantastic and communication was great. James the villa manager was also great and really helpful with info on local eateries etc. and was always swift to respond to messages if we had queries. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thanks David for a relaxing stay at your lovely villa. Derek & Belinda

Superb Villa in a Great Location

This was our first visit to Cyprus and we are glad we chose this villa to stay in. The villa is spotless, spacious and with everything you need in it. The location is perfect as it is quiet but within easy reach of the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The booking process with the owner David and the information provided before we travelled was excellent and also from the property manager James when we were there. The welcome pack was a nice touch and was appreciated. We had an excellent family holiday there and we would be very happy to stay there again.

Excellent stay at this property we arrived late Saturday around midnight the entry was flawless an excellent touch and surprise was the six stubbies ample bottles of water 2l of milk a full new loaf and butter orange juice eggs marmalade, especially arriving so late it was much appreciated also three frozen pizzas if you wanted all in all a great place to stay cant fault it thank you for your hospitality the location is perfect for beaches nearby would probably book here again if going to Cyprus

Geweldig

Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad in Cyprus. Communicatie met de eigenaar en de villamanager was prima. Beiden waren zeer behulpzaam wij en voelden ons heel welkom. Mooie sfeervolle villa van alle gemakken voorzien met zwembad vlakbij het strand. Zeker een aanrader!

Amazing Villa

We arrived at villa mid evening, after a long day. The villa had a much welcome arrange of items in fridge etc to save us going to local supermarket immediately on arrival - thanks to James villa manager🙂 the villa is large spacious in all areas, clean and in a great location. Dave the owner sent us a fully detailed pack prior to arrival, with various useful information, and James popped in to say hello during our stay. Only two of us stayed, but with three bedrooms we could have gone with more people, it was nice not to share🙂 I would highly recommend this villa, thanks again Dave and James.
