If you like space and place to enjoy dinner with family and friends this is the ideal property. House has space to relax and enjoy family time both inside or outside in the beautiful sunshine of Cornwall. A three bedroomed home that can be enjoyed by families or friends as the bedroom space will accommodate 6 people comfortably. The house has a large bathroom, with separate toilet and on the first floor two good sized bedrooms to relax and enjoy. The third bedroom is a large space on the 3rd floor with french doors leading to small balcony that has views overlooking Godrevy lighthouse in Cornwall. Guests can enjoy a quiet drink or early morning coffee. There is also a small front garden that is enclosed with gate. The house has a large kitchen dining area and a separate dining and living area for families to relax and enjoy peace and quiet away from the town. There is internet access in the house. We are David and Helen and we live in the North West of England and have two homes in St Ives Cornwall. Helen had family in St Ives and has holidayed there since the 1960's and then continued to come to St Ives with David and the family since the late 1970's

The coastal waters are as beautiful as any other place in the world. The Cornish people are welcoming and St Ives is just a beautiful beauty spot to relax and recharge the batteries

Our holiday home is special to us as it truly is a home from home. If there are more than 6 of you wishing to stay at 5 There is the option of taking Cornish Pearl property also as this is next door to 5 and both are special and unique in their own way
