Hi we are a family who have holidayed in St Ives for over 20 years and are now very excited to own our first home here.
St Ives is our second home and we look forward to welcoming many guests to share our home with us. We make as many trips as we can each year driving all the way from Essex! Now our children are older we spend many a day on Porthmeor Beach Body Boarding as a family come rain or shine! Porthgwidden Beach is another favourite of ours, both of which are a stones throw from 4 St Eia. Location was key for us!
We know St Ives very well, have made many friends and contacts over the years and are happy to try and answer any questions you may have.
We hope you enjoy St Ives as much as we do, it really is unique!

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
The cottage is located in the Downalong area of St Ives and is the oldest part of St Ives.
It's a pretty tangle of narrow streets and tiny courtyards clustered around the harbour. Itâs the most picturesque and atmospheric part of the town, characterised by traditional fishermanâs cottages, imaginative street names, and points of historical interest.
Downalong was originally the domain of fishing families, in contrast with âUpalongâ â the higher part of the town around The Higher Stennack and on towards Hellesveor, which was at one time the preserve of the local mining community.
