Situated on the ground floor, this fully-renovated apartment boasts two bedrooms with wardrobes, and an open plan living/dining/kitchen area.
A sense of minimalistic lines pervades. Featuring a 42' TV in the living room/kitchen, fast Wi-Fi Internet and easy access to the garden's seating area!
The whole property is fully Air Conditioned but also, during the summertime, if AC's is too much then the ceiling fans installed in the bedrooms are there to chill you down!
Although it has 2 bedrooms with two queen sizes beds, a sofa bed at the living room/kitchen area can open up and accommodate 2 more guests.
The fully equipped kitchen consists of a fridge, oven, stove, kettle and a coffee machine as well as an Espresso machine! In the shelves you will find everything you need to prepare a meal.
Step outside and you will be at the metro station in a blink of an eye, only one stop away from the heart of Athens, in Thisio area, right under the foot of Acropolis. Turn the other way and you will find a bakery which only a few meters away, a mini market, and the Petralona main square with the classic souvlaki shops offering you a seat in the square should you wish to try their delicacies.
The Metro station is Petralona, one stop away to Thisio where Athens is at its loudest and lively. This perfect nest is also located within walking distance from Filiopappou hill, right before the Acropolis and the Parthenon.
However, although so close, it is on a quiet street featuring a nice garden with a common seating area that you can have a bottle of wine, if you would like to mingle of decide to take breakfast from a quick buy from the bakery down the street. The neighborhood is super safe and friendly!
The property it's within a 20-minute walk to the heart of Athens and all the famous sights, in case you decide to walk instead of taking the Metro.
