Lägenheten täcker 70 kvadratmeter, har 2 sovrum, ett vardagsrum med väggmonterad tv och ett matbord, ett fullt utrustat kök, ett badrum och en balkong med bord där du kan sitta och njuta av lunch eller middag. Varje sovrum har en queen size-säng som kan delas upp i 2 enkelsängar. I vardagsrummet finns en soffa som kan omvandlas till en dubbelsäng. På badrummet finns en tvätttvättmaskin där du kan tvätta och torka dina kläder. Gratis wifi finns också i lägenheten. Koukaki-området är ett helt säkert område att bo i centrum av Aten. Det är en icke turistisk stadsdel full av liv med många kaféer, restauranger, barer, stormarknader. Området är perfekt om du vill besöka Aten till fots eftersom alla viktiga historiska platser är riktigt nära

Att komma runt

Lägenheten ligger mellan två tunnelbanestationer, tunnelbanestationen Akropolis och Syngrou Fix tunnelbanestation som du kan nå inom 2 minuters promenad. Det är idealiskt om du vill besöka staden utan att hyra en bil eftersom du kan gå till de viktigaste höjdpunkterna i centrum, ta tunnelbanan till andra delar av Aten eller Piraeus hamn eller ens ta spårvagnen till Alimos strand (6km ).

Akropolismuseet, Akropolis, Plaka-distriktet, Monastiraki och Syntagma-torget och många andra historiska antikviteter ligger bara några minuters promenad bort.

First time visit

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is walking distance from everything. Coffee shop across the street and a small market on the corner. Thank you Chris for arranging transportation from the airport and back. The shower is the only thing that could be updated but it was adequate. Thank you for sharing your apartment.

Great central spot in Athens

We had a great stay in this apartment. What we liked most was the location-in the heart of Athens, near the Acropolis and many restaurants. We got coffee and breakfast every day across the street and got dinner every night at Onos, which was a delicious restaurant around the corner. It was a little loud at night, but that’s the price you pay for being so central. Overall we had a good experience here and would recommend.

Fantastic stay in Athens

We stayed here after a Mediterranean cruise, before we flew back home. Chris and Zeta were so nice and helpful. They booked our transfer from the cruise port to the apartment and from the apartment to the airport for us. The driver they booked was very professional and had plenty of room for us and our bags. Chris and Zeta own the coffee shop across the street and will store bags until check in, which allowed us to view the acropolis. We also enjoyed a yummy coffee prior to exploring. The check in and out process was extremely easy. The building has a small elevator which made it much easiee for my mom whonhas difficulty with stairs. I highly recommend staying here!

Great home in an excellent location

We were a family of 4 adults and the apartment worked great for us. Plenty of room, clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance to the Acropolis/Parthenon and restaurants, shopping, etc.. And Chris helped arrange transportation for us and made check in and checkout easy. We would definitely stay there again on our next visit.

Charming Apartment Close to the Acropolis

Our family recently stayed in this apartment and, we thought it was great. It is within walking distance of the Acropolis and Ancient Agora. Chris was a wonderful host! We had a tiny issue with the hot water, but Chris was responsive and had it fixed within hours. Amazing! There are many great restaurants close to the apartment and the coffee shop across the street is handy - good for coffee, treats, and to store your luggage!

Cozy rental near the Acropolis

Convenient location. Comfortable accommodation. Easy walk to Acropolis Owners very easy to communicate with. Would suggest more clear instructions from host on the manouver needed to open the apt door with the key. Would recommend this rental.

A perfect beginning in Athens!

Communication with the host was easy and he offered impressive detail. The location is perfect, you are close to the markets, restaurants, bus/metro and tourist sites. Walking was simple, the locals are always willing to help if you need assistance.

Safe & Central Location w/ Atypical Ammeneties

We were visiting Greece for my son's graduation. Having two tall now adult boys it was difficult to find a unit with 4 beds. Chris & Zeta have the ultimate setup in that they have four single beds which together make a king bed or apart makes two twins which maxamizes not only the occupancy, but the versatility of their clients. Additionally, they have well working A/C in all three rooms which I did not find at any other hotel or vrbo during our stay on the islands following. Love the look and thoughtfullness of what they provide. Would stay there again.

The place was exactly as expected. Great location we were able to walk everywhere. Chris also allowed us to store our baggage at their coffee shop while we went on a tour for a small fee. The house was clean and very comfortable

Wonderful stay

We enjoyed a four day stay in Athens and Chris made it flawless. He arranged someone to pick us up at the ferry and at the end bring us back to the airport. The communication was easy and he was very responsive. The apartment was very clean and the building very quiet. We were able to walk to most places and the hip on and hip off bus took us the rest of the way. Delightful restaurants I. The area as well as wonderful bakeries. The only thing and it is very minuet is there was no laundry soap to go with the washer and we had no idea what would be needed. So not able to use the machine. Other than that it was a perfect stay!!!

Great stay

My family and I were very pleased with our stay. The location was convenient and close to all the major attractions. Coffee Central, the coffee shop across the street, quickly became our favorite. The property was clean and Chris was extremely helpful and responsive. We would highly recommend this stay!

Perfect place to stay!

The hosts were wonderful! They coordinated transfers for us from airport to apartment and then from apartment to cruise port. Very friendly! Also runs a yummy coffee shop across the street from apartment. We enjoyed breakfast there both mornings. Location is close to Acropolis and other sites! This was the perfect place to stay!

Springtime in Athens

We couldn't have been happier with our accommodations while visiting Athens. We absolutely loved the apartment and the Koukaki neighborhood is wonderful location with several restaurants and grocery stores just steps away. The apartment itself was super cozy, comfortable beds, nice kitchen and loved the air conditioner. You are only a 5 to 7 minute walk to the Acropolis/Plaka area. The Athens Metro red line ( Syngrouo Fix station) is only a few minute walk and super easy to use. This line will take you to Syntagma and Omonia. Chris and Zeta have a nice coffee shop (Coffee Central) just across the street which we found to be a wonderful place to grab a great cup of coffee and breakfast roll to start the day. A couple of additional mentions: Django Gelato is fabulous and just a couple blocks down on the same street. And for pizza, Romatella - Pizza al Taglio, is just a few minutes walk and is super good. Should also mention that working with Chris was super easy. He was very accomodating, easy to worth with and helped us book a Taxi to and from the airport. All in all our stay in Athens was an incredible experience thanks to having such a wonderful place for us to lay our head each night.

It is a safe area to stay in the centre of Athens and ideal if you want to visit Athens on foot since all the important historic sites like Ancient Agora, Temple of Zeus, Acropolis museum, Plaka district, Monastiraki square, Syntagma square and other historical and cultural monuments are really close. Next to the apartment you can find many shops such as bakery, super market, grocery store, coffee shops and nice restaurants with traditional greek cuisine.

It can host up to 6 guests. The two bedrooms have a queen size double bed. The mattresses, linens and pillows are of top quality for the ultimate sleeping experience.
