Overlooking the Esplanade and beach from its elevated position Apartment 1 has possibly the finest sea views of the beach and sea in West Bay.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and ensuite bathroom, television with integrated DVD and views straight out to sea.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a single bed sleeping 3 (family room), ensuite bathroom, television with integrated DVD and views straight out to sea.
Recently updated Apartment 1 enjoys a generous living room with 40" LCD television and DVD player, dining table and sea views of the harbour mouth and horizon to the east.
There is a fully equipped compact kitchen comprising a large oven, quadruple hob, microwave and fridge freezer.
Apartment 1 is on the first floor and requires the use of stairs to gain access.
Not suitable for pets.
We would recommend early booking as this apartment is very popular.
We recommend considering holiday cancellation insurance, available from approximately GBP 20, to safeguard your plans in case of unexpected changes. If a full lockdown occurs that necessitates the closure of Westpoint, we will offer rebooking options or refunds as this qualifies as a âforce majeureâ event.

Situated directly opposite West Beach on the iconic Jurassic Coast, our location places you mere steps from the sea. We prioritise location, cleanliness, and responsive service to ensure you have a memorable stay.
On-site, youâll discover the West Beach CafĂ© Bar, open year-round, offering delicious food and drinks. Each apartment comes with a designated parking space at no extra cost. We also have a selection of dog-friendly apartments, specifically Apartments 5, 6, and 7, so please inform us in advance if you wish to bring your furry friend.
Our accommodation includes three one-bedroom apartments and four two-bedroom apartments, perfect for families and groups. Please note that due to sea defences, the estate is not suitable for disabled access.

Built in the 1960's, Westpoint was originally a large public house. Both Westpoint and the Old Shipyard Estate it sits on were originally a ship building site.
Westpoint itself has high ceilings and a collection of seven very different apartments. From the positively microscopic (The Studio) to Apartment 1 with its unparalleled sea views from the two ensuite double bedrooms and all those in-between. We love each and every one of them and our returning guests have their favourites.
We moved to the Jurassic Coast with our young family nine years ago. The best decisions we ever made. Our love for the landscape, the sea, the cawing seagulls, beers on the beach at sunset, spotting the wildlife, boat rides, the markets, the bohemia and the sea air! The Dorset attitude is more Mediterranean in many respects â we certainly enjoy a slower pace of life down here thatâs for sure (or at least we try)! Running Westpoint is a joy and we have many guests that return year after year who we now consider friends. We look forward to meeting you and sharing our love of the area with you. Tracey
