Just two streets from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach, TERRE et MER is located in the Golden Square of Nice where life is buzzing. On the second floor of an old building, TERRE et MER will surprise you with its warm and welcoming interior. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large sitting-room/dining-room and a lovely balcony, it can easily host up to 6 guests. A well equipped and organized kitchen completes this property. AC, WIFI, bedding, and linens are all included.
The whole property of 73sqm is for you to use and is not shared with anyone.
*We would like to inform you that the facades of the building will be renovated from the beginning of April to the end of July 2025. Scaffolding will be erected on the relevant façade for this purpose. Provisional schedule: Facade on the street side (living room side + balcony): 28.04.2025 - 13.06.2025; Facade interior courtyard side (bedroom): 16.06.2025 - 31.07.2025 Please contact us for more information, as the work is divided into different phases and the provisional schedule may shift forward or backward.

Scaffolding will be erected from the first floor to the last floor of the building. Access to the balcony will be restricted. Noise nuisance is less likely, as the work will mainly involve painting the façade, balustrades and wooden window doors (Mondays - Fridays 8.30 am to 5 pm, the façade on the inner courtyard side is NOT affected during this time (bedroom side).
Facade inner courtyard side (bedroom):
June 16, 2025 - July 31, 2025
The scaffolding will be erected from the first floor to the top floor of the building. Noise nuisance is less likely, as the work will mainly involve painting the façade, handrails and wooden window doors (Mondays - Fridays 8.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.), the bedrooms both have blackout curtains. The facade on the street side will be finished at this time (living room and balcony side).
We have already adjusted our rental price downwards according to the situation and the associated restrictions.

* If you have booked for 3 or 4 people but want to have the Sofa Bed prepared then 25⏠are to be paid upon arrival
Late check-in Fees (excluding Check-in Fee for Christmas/ New Yearâs): Arrivals at the apartment between 8pm and 10pm: 20âŹ, between 10pm and midnight: 30âŹ, between midnight and 1am: 50âŹ, after 1am it is up to the check-in manager to check you in or not and the fee is 100âŹ.
Fixed Check-in Fee only for the Christmas/ New Yearâs period (late fees included):
24th, 25th, 31st December + 1st of January
4pm â 8pm: 50âŹ
8pm â 10pm: 75âŹ
10pm â 12am: 100âŹ
12am â 1am: 150âŹ
After 1am: 200âŹ
The late check-in fee can be paid in cash or Credit Card and is due at check-in.
Do you need a baby travel cot and/or a high chair ? (one-time rental fee for baby cot: âŹ20; one-time rental fee for high chair: âŹ15 â each to be paid during Check-In)
Please note that we do not provide bed linen for the baby cot.
We also ask that you return the cot and/or high chair cleaned, otherwise we will have to charge you an additional fee of âŹ20 (each).
