Ligger på den mest prestigefyllda bostadsområde väg i Nice, boulevard Victor Hugo i hjärtat av Carré d'or, är detta lyxiga 2 sovrum art deco-stil lägenhet på 100 kvadratmeter på bara två minuters gångavstånd från "Pedestrian zon", Promenade des Anglais och havet och endast 5 minuters promenad från det största shoppingdistriktet (Avenue Jean Medecin). Lägenheten vetter mot söder och norr och dess trans VERSANT.

Inredda till en hög standard i en modern stil, med dubbelsäng och hög kvalitet madrasser, är lägenheten både elegant och bekväm.

Hög hastighet trådlöst och fast internet, lokala och internationella TV-kanaler och en stor 47inch platt SmartTV kan du vara ansluten under din vistelse.

Great place to stay

We stayed in the apartment for a week. It is really the perfect location och a beautiful spacious apartment. Walking distance to everything. Roxanne is a excellent host. So helpful and allways with immediate replay. We got great recommendation for restaurants that we really enjoyed. I can really recommend to stay in the apartment.

We had a nice vacation in Nice the first week in november.

The appartment was perfect located close to all interesting locations for our family. The appartment was newly renovated and was in very good condition with nice furniture and beds. Add on to the nice appartment we also was very pleased by the nice customer focused work from Remi/Roxanne. Always quick to answer and very helpful advises. Top appartment!!!

Property was very comfortable and ideally located to walk to everything we needed/wanted. Roxanne was extremely friendly, responsive and went over and above to make sure we had everything we needed, complete with recommendations for grocery stores and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Roxanne was wonderful and helpful. She gave us many suggestions for restaurants, supermarkets, etc. She checked in almost daily to make sure everything was ok. She took excellent care of us.

We had the most wonderful stay in Nice at this stunning apartment with our family of 4! The property manager, Roxanne, provided us with a warm welcome, ensuring that we had everything we needed, provided many great recommendations, and checked in with us throughout our stay. The apartment was clean, very quiet at night, and beyond spacious - with more than enough room for our family to relax. The location was perfect - in a beautiful, safe, residential area of Nice, yet within short walking distance to everything we wanted to explore: the Old Town, markets, main shopping area, and a couple of blocks from the promenade and beach! We will absolutely return to stay here on future visits and highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Nice!

Great location, super clean and comfortable. Roxanne provided so many great recommendations and was very helpful. Our flight was delayed and we had to deal with missing luggage, but she was very flexible given our late arrival.

Summary: Many nice aspects to this apartment, but nowhere near as clean as it should be. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it to friends or family.Positives:Very nice neighborhood, with close walk to popular sites.Very nice size apartment, with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and large living room / dining area.Some nice charming details to the apartment, such as carved accents in the walls.Property manager was very responsive to our issues.Negatives:Dirty floors. When we arrived the apartment floors were still dirty. This was important to us, because we were traveling with a less-than-1-year-old child who was crawling over the floors. The management staff responded to this quickly and re-cleaned the floors, but this is not something that we should have to deal with.Just outside the back door to the apartment kitchen is a pile of bird droppings, which indicates that no one has cleaned outside this door in a long time. I wonder if this is a risk for pests. The sofa and beds smell very dusty. They need to be thoroughly cleaned or replaced.

Beautiful tree lines street close but far enough away from the crowds

Remu was the best host ever ! She was very thorough on the details of the apartment and provided us with the best restaurants, shopping and beach location. She is a true professional.The apartment is amazing so not hesitate to book it!

This was a very spacious apartment that was ideal for our family with 3 children. Lots of room for everyone, kitchen with dishwasher, two full bathrooms, crib/playpen, and high chair. Was very close walk to promenade, old town Nice, and restaurants. Walking and grocery was 2 min walk. So central and perfect. Apartment was clean and everything in working order. Would stay here again!

Great Place to stay

Lovely quiet building in a great location. Short walk to many restaurants the old quarter and the promenade. Minutes from the train station. It has all the conveniences of home. There are large bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living/dining room. There are doors both front and back and there was always a lovely breeze from the Sea.The hostess was very obliging and continued to assist us even after we had departed in retrieving an item lost in an Uber.

Our host Roxanne got in contact from the moment our booking was confirmed and got in touch again in the days leading up to our trip. She is awesome. Super friendly, always available and quick to help us resolve any concerns we had. She also gave us many recommendations of the local area. The apartment was lovely, in a 1920s apartment block with large windows and doors, high ceilings and plenty of space for our family of 5. The location was perfect for us, a short walk from everything we needed but far enough away from the noise and hustle and bustle of the central area. Thank you for having us! 😊

Great Location in Nice

My husband and I and another couple stayed 4 nights in this property. It was a great location, with easy access to the train station and of course many restaurants, shops, bakeries. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Roxanne was wonderful and so very helpful! She made sure we were happy and comfortable! A bonus was the elevator…which we took full advantage of. Roxanne sent us many recommendations and clearly went out of her way to be an excellent host! We had fun talking to her about many subjects! We will recommend to friends & family and would stay here again. We also took a few day trips which we enjoyed as well. Thank you!
