Summary:
A modern and spacious two-bedroom apartment located in the heart of Liverpool's trendy Lark Lane.

This apartment is perfect for groups looking to soak in the buzzing Lark Lane atmosphere or stroll around the beautiful grounds of Sefton Park. With some of Liverpool's best independent shops, bars and restaurants to explore. Sefton Park Palm House is also close-by and hosts multiple events throughout the year.

The Space:
Apartment Sleeps 8

Open-plan Kitchen/Living room:
• Fitted with x2 double sofa beds in the living area sleeping up to 4 guests
• Fitted with a Smart TV, perfect if the group wants to rest and stream your favourite online shows
• The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, oven/hob, toaster, fridge/freezer, and more!

Bedroom 1:
• Fitted with a Smart TV and a double size bed sleeping up to 2 guests

Bedroom 2:
• Has an ensuite bathroom complete with a bathtub, shower, toilet, and basin
• Also fitted with a Smart TV and a double size bed sleeping up to 2 guests

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:

The Neighborhood:
Situated just a few minutes walk away from two beautiful parks in Liverpool - Princes Park and Sefton Park.

It's less than 15 minutes drive to the city with a variety of transportation options such as taxi, train, and bus.

Lark Lane is known for many old and new restaurants, shops, bistros, and cafes. Just walk along the street and you'll have some of the best finds! Of course, being in such a prime spot may come with some expected street noise but well worth it for the variety of of options on your doorstep!

Try the following local favourites:

- The Tea House for an afternoon tea experience
- Chilli Banana for Thai Food
- Que passa cantina, a famous Mexican/South American bar, and restaurant
- Elif Turkish BBQ Restaurant
- Gelato for their authentic Italian ice cream

It's also known for flea markets and pop cafes at The Old Police Station and crafts at Arts 47.

Getting Around:
The nearest train station is St. Michael's Station at Buckland Street, less than a 10-minute walk away. From here you can get into the city centre!

There is a bus stop on Aigburth Road, at the end of Lark Lane.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town.

Other Things to Note:
This apartment is situated in the bustling city centre, where background noise from nearby establishments can be expected. We provide complimentary earplugs upon request to ensure that you will have a wonderful stay with us.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.

Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L1 4JH.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Interaction with Guests:
We operate a very hands off approach, knowing that privacy is something that is vital when staying away from home. We will never intrude unannounced and will leave you to enjoy the comfort of the stunning apartment. However, that is not to say that we aren't around to help. We are both available by phone at all times should you need any assistance whatsoever.
